This place is leagues above any other practice. If you're like me always have horrible experiences with dentist this is the place to go. He took care to make sure I was completely numb before extraction. He cared about if I was feeling any discomfort and very informative throughout the process 10/10 I will always come here from now on. Thank you.

Dr. Lad was very professional and quick with his practice. He extracted my wisdom teeth with little issue and was very informative concerning after care. I would definitely recommend seeing him for teeth extraction

Horrible experience the dentist was very condescending and seemed as though he was upset because he was called in. Talked down to me like I was a little child. Didn't go in for a lecture. Not a good place in my opinion, and as for low cost as stated online, over $500 for a simple extraction also feel he is incompetent as one should expect a Flench or jerk when sticking a needle into a highly abscessed gum line..

Super helpful people! Receptionist was very warm and inviting. Very quick visit for a tooth extraction. The doctor was informative and made sure that I was comfortable. I sincerely appreciate them!

Got a late PM appt which works perfect for my work schedule and got the relief I needed really fast. I was nervous about the numbing part but it was easy. Dr. Lad and Crystal were amazing, and fast! When Dr Lad said he was done, I thought he was kidding! It was a little out of my way but definitely worth the drive.

Dr Witt and staff were Amazing. I arrived at 8:42 pm Saturday night. They got me right in. Stayed for as long as it took to get me comfortable. They are a 10 in my book.

I don't think the owner of this office has any idea what "emergency" means. There was zero understanding how to file with insurance either, this place needs to be closed down.

From visit on 09.11.2022 Woke up that morning to terrible tooth pain. Did a Google search for an emergency dental office near me. The Keller location was not too far from my home. Made an appointment using the online process for the same day for 1:00 pm. Let's start that I have terrible anxiety regarding dental work. Any major work that has been done for me was done using nitrous. This office does not offer nitrous. The tooth pain was terrible...and after c-rays and an exam the very kind dentist let me know that the crown had failed. Looked at options and extraction was decided on. It was a very difficult extraction... the dental staff that day was kind enough to let my husband hold my hand during the procedure. Left the office with RX's and after procedure instructions. I am almost out of antibiotics and now out of pain meds. Followed after care instructions... but I am very swollen... lots of redness at the gums, pain has not subsided. I believe I have dry socket. I have now contacted the office three separate times and left messages. Two yesterday- 9/18 and one this morning at around 9:30. Still no response. I would have preferred a glowing review. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any follow up available with this office. I will now be contacting my regular dental office for a follow up appointment. Good luck to any one needing emergency care. I hope you have better luck than I did.

If I could give Negative stars I would, this was the worst experience ever, I knew I should've just waited. No follow-up, no return call when messages were left about being in pain after the extraction and now I have to see a neurologist due to nerve damage and my face being numb 5 months after my visit. This place is a joke. I will never recommend.

Got my husband in same day and after work. He was having tooth pain, the lady at the front desk was really nice, staff very friendly and prices reasonable. I definitely would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had to find an emergency dentist the last week of July. There wasn't a place around me, in Arlington, that could help me. We drove the 40 minutes to this facility, on a Sunday. Dr Witt went into action and helped me get out of excruciating pain. He was so kind and so gentle. He cares and so does the staff. They were empathetic and sympathetic to my feelings. Fast forward to today, September 24th, and I needed emergency care again. I drove the 40 minutes as his staff got me booked right in. Again today, I experienced Dr Witt, and the entire staffs love and concern for me and my situation. Dr Witt and his assistant went to work and within no time had fixed my issue and relieved my pain. I can't say enough in words my appreciation for the care this team gave me. As a matter of fact, I had them go ahead an do a complete plan for my dental care needs and booked an appointment for next week to start the treatment plan for the rest of my issues. I will make this 40 minute drive each week until my treatment is completed, and then, I will continue to use this facility for any other issues that arise. It is worth the drive to be treated with such care from Dr Witt and his staff. I'd drive ten hours to see him again if needed. If you need emergency care or any kind of care for your dental needs, make an appointment with this facility, as you won't regret it. I can't thank Dr Witt and his entire staff enough for the care and treatment I have received so far. It's not often these days you find a doctor that really cares, but when you do, you stick with them and do whatever you have to so you can be taken care of by people that care! The empathy and sympathy are priceless! Thank you Dr Witt & staff for all your kindness and fantastic work you have done for me. I look forward to continue coming here for my dental needs as I feel confident that this is the BEST place in the entire metroplex. No Regrets!! You're all PRICELESS!

After reading reviews, I was hesitant but they were close and I was in severe pain, contacted them prior to opening the morning of, and they got me an early morning apointmnet, sent me all paperwork online so i could complete it prior to arrival and through my phone. Valeria, nelda and Dr Witt were all helpful, answered all my questions and made everything easy. I came in feeling like I needed an extraction, after xrays it was confirmed. Prior to getting started, I applied for the credit and instantly approved. They made the entire process a breeze, the dentist was very easy on me and made it nearly pain free. Thank you, I will definitely suggest yall to friends

Excellent emergency care. Warm, semsitive, professional and competent people . The doctor took the time to explain and answer our questions. We felt like we were in good hands.
