I had a molar snapped off at the gums that got infected, these wonderful people got me in same day, were courteous and professional, and got my extraction done super quick. Highly recommend these guys

It was a quick extraction of a tooth that was bothering me I went in on a Saturday and they took cared of my painful tooth nice staff dont know why other people are giving bad reviews you have to remember emergency dental be thankful they are there to help.

I had to get a tooth pulled that had been broken for awhile... I am terrified of the dentist... and they were so kind to me. Even with my excessive anxiety + crying. The receptionist held my hand through my procedure, they let me stay as long as I needed afterward to relax, and were very quick. Would recommend if you have an emergency (like I did). I was able to get an appointment day of. Dr.Wu was great + the dental assistant as well.

I had a back tooth that was broken and causing pain. I had sought out other dentist but Dr Wu took great care of me. What I appreciated most was the quick assessment. He then explained what steps he would take, had already called in necessary prescriptions and shortly after that annoying tooth was out! I must say, I was very nervous, not knowing what pain to expect but other than the needle punches, I didn't feel anything else. I had a piece that was irritating my tongue and they took care of it immediately. I was very satisfied and would recommend to others. Expect to pay around $600.00, was well worth it.

This was a horrible experience. The only positive was that they were able to see my husband the same day. However if you're looking for a guy who should have retired years ago to yank teeth out of your mouth and smack into your upper teeth, breaking them in the process then sure absolutely go here. I love being over charged outrageous prices for extractions only to turn around have to go see another dentist to fix issues created by this quack.

I had an okay experience. It wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best. I went in because it was the only place I could get a same day appointment. Front desk lady seemed as if she was forcing herself to be nice, but nonetheless was pleasant. I didn't wait long to go back. Went back, they took one X-ray ($95 worth) and there was barely any instruction. The doctor seemed very odd. All he said before the procedure was "ok we're about to get started". He gave me four numbing shots in my gums. And extracted my tooth. He was very rough, not gentle at all. When it was over, he didn't say anything to me. The dental assistant gave me post op instructions. And that was it.

I do not normally do this, but based on the circumstances and the terrible experience I received from this dental office, I feel I do not have another option than let the people know about my experience with your Dental clinic. Here is my experience: Back in October 11/2020 I went to the Federal way office located in Federal WA, because I felt pain in my on one of my molar, the doctor there told me I needed a extraction procedure done immediately I paid out of pocket an amount of $1,362.50. Even do I have full coverage by Delta Washington. . I went back and talked to the manager in charge named Kathy, she submitted a refund for me for at least $1362.50 and told me this usually takes 90 days. Until today (02/02/2022) I have not received any response from them. I talked to the manager again several time and she mentioned to me that she had been emailing corporate to get some news about it. This is a difficult time during the pandemic and this corporation has no care about customers. Please reconsider going to one of their offices I have emailed and called numerous times but have been ignored. Extremely unprofessional. I don't know what else to do.

I'll give it a 3.5. So I went in on Saturday, because I had a tooth ache that would not go away and felt a lot of liquid in my gums. The younger lady at the desk was very helpful except the larger white lady did not have a mask on in the back. I was sitting in pain and it took me about 20-30 minutes to go to the back. They did my X-rays and the Dentist came back and told me I had an infection in my gums and would need to do an emergency extraction . I really did not want to but the pain was unbearable. She told me they would need to numb me and give me shots . I explicitly said I did not want shots in my gums however she did. I told her I only wanted one but she gave me another shot, she told me she that because of my size I should be able to handle it calling me fat? Idk ... my thing is she kept comparing my pain to other peoples which felt disrespectful because it shouldn't matter my face, weight or whatever my pain should be acknowledging, however I am grateful she gave me multiple shots however I do find it extremely irritating that she did not listen to me. Mind you i was awake the whole procedure and afterwards she only prescribed me ibuprofen. I mentioned to her multiple times that I had been taking ibuprofen all day and it did not help and she goes "oh was it 600 though " So to me again she looked over my pain. I've been in severe pain since Saturday because for whatever reason she chose not to take my pain into consideration . My mouth was POUNDING within 15-20 minutes after she pulled my tooth . She was very friendly and helpful. But after they numbed me she took so long that they had to give me another shot that I felt because she took forever . I would recommend this dentist however I felt that because of my size and skin color my pain was looked over ! I couldn't even bite on the machine or talk without pain . The younger dental assistant though, I truly appreciate her help and understanding. For the most part they were quick. I got I at 12:45 and left a little before 3 . But all in all you'd be better off going to urgent care for a numbing gel or numbing mouth wash or pain meds because here I am 3 days later in agony from my tooth being pulled out while I was wide awake , she didn't use a drill or anything , just scraped it out . But as I said I still would recommend because they were friendly and pretty quick but just know outside of the procedure they ignore your pain. But I am grateful for them helping me and sending the infection medication over.

Don't go to this office unless you're in severe pain. The office area and bathrooms are filthy. The dentist has no bedside manner and doesn't explain what's going on to the patient. No sense of costumer service or care for their patient. Again, unless it is an emergency, and you absolutely have no other choice, do not go there.

Had a great experience in the brief time I was here! All of the staff were super nice and pleasant and I was seen pretty immediately. Even though my issue could not be fixed at their location they immediately prescribed me medication and gave me a referral :). I appreciated how clean their facility was and how great all of the staff were to me :). I would definitely visit again!

The staff was so friendly, welcoming and amazing! My husband was in tons of pain they were fast, knowledgeable and even gave us resources for in network options to save money. They were so comforting and after past horrible experiences it was exactly what we needed to have faith in emergency dentist again. Our staff that day was Keslyn, Jenni and Dr.Liu!!

They charged me 90 dollars for the X-RAY,I paid with a 100 dollars bill and they had no change,so they told me that they left me in deposit, now it turns out that I owe them and now they sent me to collection

They do good work! My hubby was able to get an appointment same day- thirty minute wait from time of inquiry. They are pricey with and without insurance, but the doctor- she is GREAT.

Avoid this place. Went for a toothache, they took a single xray, dr didnt know what she was looking. She barely spoke English so i wasnt able to understand a single thing she said. All She did was tap every tooth asking if it hurt after telling her exactly which tooth it was. Oh and they didnt even bother to give me dark glasses before turning on the light having it shine directly into my eyes without any protection. Your better off making an appointment with your regular dentist.
