I went in due to a cavity on my front tooth. The office staff was very warm and welcoming upon entry. I was ushered back as soon as paperwork was completed. The dentist was prompt entering the room. Once he looked over the x-rays and told me what needed to happen. The cavity was easily taken care of with conversation flowing the entire time. Although I couldn't talk I enjoyed the conversation between the dentist and assistant. Overall it was a pleasant experience with time respected. I am happy with the work they did.

For having never been there before, and in my mind it was an emergency, I left there telling them I thought they were great. Can't remember the last time a doctor sat and wrote me notes on what he thought my next steps should be. Five stars!

Lost a filling on a holiday weekend and this place got me in within an hour. Dr S was great! Got a temp crown quickly and without pain!

They got me in quickly and took care of my broken tooth. Very upfront about costs and will even recommend a treatment plan for your own personal dentist if needed. Dr. Alejandro Arango was very knowledgeable and informative.

I've never been treated with such kindness and compassion from a dental office. From the receptionist to Dr. And to be seen at 6 pm on a Saturday night an hour after I called. Was amazing. Truly listened to me and worked with my nerve disorder! Highly recommend to anyone!!

Easy and pleasant experience. Not crazy expensive if you don't have insurance. Doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend.

Run the other way. I had a severe tooth abscess my jaw was severely swollen and these people tried to do a routine dentist pull and tug of the tooth while I was very clearly in a lot of pain. I kicked my shoe off while Dr Salas was digging at my teeth. My jaw was so swollen I could barely open my jaw for work to be done. He went ahead saying "you have never had an infection like this" and kept talking down to me even though i was in severe pain. I think he was getting very impatient with my pain from my half tennis ball size swelling. I asked him do I just need to go to the hospital and he kept saying "let me try something else". Worst dentist I have ever seen. He didn't even complete the tooth pull I was billed for, I will be contacting my insurance to contest this. I went to the ER today and the doctors were like wow he tried to take a tooth out your jaw is basically shut. The ER gave me iv antibiotics and steroids they said my jaw was in terrible condition for a dentist to do anything. I am going to an oral surgeon tomorrow. Tldr; stay away! Run!

My crown fell out from other dentist and the doctor here help me get a crown back very fast and effectively(no gum cut). So I don't have to wait for booking in one week with the old place just to get my crown back and get my gum cut which is pretty bad. I had bad experience from 3 different places. 1st place Get my crown done but it turns black, 2nd place (Indian doctor) she did a pretty good job the crown stay white and clean after 4 years but she oversold me, I ended up doing 2 crown instead of one, so I never going back. The last place, the crown did fell out every year .......So far, I thought the doctor at Emergency Dental is very helpful honest and informative. I don't know but in my opinion I think the young dentist might get more updates information and use more advanced technology.

Dr z was very inconsiderate. I had an appointment for 10, he showed up 20 minutes late with no apology. It felt like he was talking down to me the whole time for a reasons I have no idea about. If you ever go here ask for dr Carlos. He was my 5star review and an amazing doctor. Nurses are the best here though, always very sweet and nice!!

I originally came in for a chipped tooth filling that had happened the day prior. First of amazed that I could get an appointment so soon, and then further amazed by the patience, expertise, and knowledge of Dr.Z. I've been to a handful of dentists over my time, and of all this was one of the top experiences. From the moment your examination starts Dr. Zs knowledge of dentistry, solid sense of humor and expert techniques will put you at ease. I can't speak for more heavy handed procedures but for the minor things I came to visit for, I felt that this certainly was the best experience I could have hoped for. Simply amazed at how seriously he takes his craft and how lightly he can approach topics at the same time. Should you give this office a try? Yes, I can recommend without a doubt and am looking forward to my next visit.

The staff are friendly and explain procedures and cost in detail. The ability to schedule an appointment within a matter of days is great!!!!! The Dr is the first Dentist that I have ever met that looks as if he does truly enjoy his career.

I had a great experience. The Dentist and staff were amazing. I was in pain and nervous. They made me feel at ease. They took the time to explain each part of the procedure. Highly recommend.

It was Easter weekend and I was in severe pain because of tooth ache. I went on their site at 9pm on Saturday night and booked an appointment for 9:30am Sunday. The service was great, they got things sorted with my insurance quickly and over a period of almost 3 hours I had a root canal and two temporary crowns. Dr. Salas and his assistant were great!! The doctor even called me a few days later to check how I was recovering.

Be very mindful of the direction the staff gives you and DO NOT PROCEED if they can't reach your insurance provider. We went on a Sunday for my husband to get a tooth extracted and they told us MetLife's system was down, so we had to pay out of pocket, but that MetLife would definitely reimburse us for the cost as soon as they entered the claim the next business day. They claimed this was common, so we proceeded on their guidance. We forked out almost $600 and received a check for only $25 couple weeks later. After calling MetLife to figure out what was going on, we found out this practice has never been in network with MetLife. MetLife contacted the dental office on a three way call and the woman's excuse was that she wasn't there that day but that she wouldn't have given that direction if she were. When my husband got understandably upset, she hung up on us. They absolutely pulled a bait and switch and knew 100% that we wouldn't see a dime back - she proved that by telling us she wouldn't have given the direction and that she's been there 12 years. I had a tooth pulled the same week, at an honest practice, and only paid $75. This business claims to not overcharge "just because" they are an emergency dentist, but that is an absolute lie. Even before insurance coverage on my own extraction, the cost was half of what this practice charged my husband. I will be contacting the attorney general to file a complaint, but I want to make sure to post this wherever I can, to ensure nobody else gets robbed by this practice. I hope your office learns a lesson and makes the changes necessary to avoid putting other families in a bind, like you did to us.

I went to Emergency dental after going to another dentist and not solving my problem. Dr Salas was very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my issue. I was prescribed some medications to help with my problem. I would recommend this office to everyone.
