I have gone to this office for many years and have only had positive experiences with Nancy and all the staff in the back. Dr. Hess is knowledgeable, kind, and he truly listens and cares about you and your needs. I love this office and would recommend it to anyone.

Emerald West Dental is an excellent dental clinic. I have never had a a bad experience with Emerald West Dental. Whatever your appointment time is that's when you are seen. Not 5, 10 or 15 minutes later. The entire Team at Emerald West Dental is a team of Rock Stars. I would recommend Emerald West Dental to anyone and everyone that needs Dental care. The entire team genuinely cares about you and your experience. Always making sure you are comfortable and at ease. Personally I would never go anywhere else!!!!

I had a presentation at our corporate office and the night before, my front tooth split and fell out. I called several dentists, but only Emerald West brought me in and glued it on! I made the presentation and no one knew. Emerald West was attentive, adaptable and heroic! (Not to mention, insanely affordable as my insurance lapsed so I paid cash and not much of it ). I highly recommend you give them a call if your looking for better dental care!

Emerald West has been and continues to be a really good experience for me and my family. They are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Dr. Hess has always done a great job and my hygienist today, Naomi, was just fantastic. She was very thorough and was very aware of her touch and pressure. Best hygienist I can remember. From the front office to their back office, I have nothing but good things to say about Em West.
