Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Marisa Napoli received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University. In 2005, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine and spent the next 10 years practicing in South Florida. In 2015, she relocated to North Carolina and counts this as one of the best decisions in her life.
Dr. Napoli is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance her skills to better serve the dental care needs of her patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience. Giving back to the community is also a core value of Marisas.She has completed hundreds of community service hours providing dental care to those less fortunate.
Dr. Napoli spends her free time with her husband, Joshua, and her son, Preston. Preston's birthstone is the emerald which led to the creation of Emerald Family Dentistry. In the pursuit of learning, Dr. Napoli loves to try new things. She learned to fly planes and obtained her private pilot license. She even learned to brew beer. Currently, she's attempting to learn Italian, but has discovered it's a lot easier to fly a plane than learn a foreign language.
Practice ManagerKimberly has been with us since June of 2019 and is our Team Lead, Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. She has been in dentistry for over 10 years and has loved every moment of it. Her favorite part of dentistry is the relationship she builds with the patients.
Kimberly grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and moved to North Carolina to be closer to her family in 2009. She is married with a daughter, who is a mini clone of herself. She enjoys family vacations at the beach, in the mountains and at Disney World. When she is not working or on vacation with her family, you will catch her out shopping, at the movies or playing basketball in her driveway.
