I had an appointment to remove the broken post from my implant. The doctor could not remove it, as he did not have the information regarding the post's brand. He will contact the dentist who installed the implant and afterwards he will pull the post with an appropriate tool. The doctor was very friendly and kind.

I love this dentist. I have very bad teeth and my dentist didn't make me feel bad about how bad they were. They figured out a way to fix my teeth and gave me a plan. different office knew how much pain I was in and I was able to get a consultation appointment within four days of calling. Then they were able to get me in two days after the phone call. I have fat anxiety about going to the dentist and they took care of me. They were able to make getting teeth pulled not hurt and made sure I knew how to take care of myself after. For the first time ever, I have a chance to take care of all my teeth!

My only issue is that they claimed to be in network with my insurance, and I believed it. They billed my insurance under a different provider name. Upon reaching out they informed me it's a billing mistake and that all their claims were affected and that they'll get it fixed. Nothing is fixed as of now. Update: as of July 22nd, nothing has been fixed yet. I will be looking into escalating this in different avenues. Update 2: as of September 6th, the establishment is just full of false promises and liars and the worst customer service and office management. I will be taking them into a legal battle for lying several times as I have everything documented Update 3: Instead of owning up to their mistake and fixing it according to their text no they now sent me a letter to go find another provider. Well okay I will be publishing my text messages with them on this review, so people are aware.

By far the best experience my husband and I have ever had at a dental office. From the receptionist to the dental assistant and the doctor, everything was personable, friendly, and fun! We will definitely be back!

The hygienist listened to my concerns and was sympathetic. Best cleaning I have had for several/many visits. She asked if there were places that I felt needed more focus! What? Woop, Woop. Dr Davis was awesome! She also listened to my issues and offered choices. I chose her based on her confidence when she heard my concerns. This is the most confident I have felt, the most listened to I have felt in almost 20 years at Wisdom dentistry.

Emerald dental has been taking care of my boys' teeth for 5 years now and they truly are wonderful at what they do! Always very personable and friendly from the front desk to the Dr's, such great energy. They really help my kids to not feel anxious about going to the dentist.
