Dr. Tilley is a native of Pensacola, FL and has been practicing dentistry in her hometown since 1998. She is an alumna of LEAP with the Pensacola Chamber and has been a long-time sponsor of Fiesta of Five Flags. She is also a sustainer with the Junior League of Pensacola.
Dr. Tilley is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, and has undergone extensive training to bring you and your family the highest level of care possible. Dr. Tilley keeps up with the latest in dentistry by attending continuing education seminars on topics such as oral surgery, implants, lumineers, periodontal disease, cosmetic procedures, and much more.
Aside from the help she gives to her patients, Dr. Tilley is also involved in several community organizations including Ballet of Pensacola, Fiesta Forces, Pensacola Childrens Chorus and sponsors of multiple school and charitable fundraisers and events.

I wasn't happy with their treatment plan nor how they handled my claim with the insurance, regardless tried to make an appointment for cleaning was denied until a payment plan was reactivated due to change of insurance during my time off. The receptionist was very rude. Gave them my payment & told them wasn't coming back.

This is the best dental practice I have ever been to! I went with my 2 year old. While I was getting my X-rays done, someone watched her! They had toys and TV for her while I got my teeth cleaned. When it was her turn, she wanted her teeth polished twice, she liked it so much!!!! They were patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I have already recommended them to two of my friends!

I had a minor dental surgery and was extremely anxious about it. Emi made every effort possible to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of, Dr. Tilley was extremely professional and thorough, & Maria helped with prescriptions & after care. 10/10 I would highly recommend!

Went in for tmj pain, got sat down and without my consent had my tooth was shaved down, didn't know she was even going to do that, i thought she was just looking at my bite. Tooth got really irritated and had a tingling feeling and now a month later i still have it. Constantly feel my tooth and its nerve and I can't do anything without focusing on it.

I love this place and the Dr and her Staff! I've struggled with horrible TMJ pain for years, I'm my jaw, neck and upper back pain. Made an appointment on a whim while looking for a good dentist and boy am I glad I came here! The Dr put Botox all over my jaw, neck , skull ( it did not hurt) within an hour I was pain free and happy to say I'm still in zero pain!! Came back for a cleaning, another success. Overall this is a wonderful beautiful clean office with lovely friendly professional people. Do yourself a favor and give this Dr and staff your dental business, I'm impressed and grateful

My son and husband enjoyed their service! Clean facility. Friendly staff. The dentist made sure that my son was comfortable in his cleaning. My husband said it was the best cleaning he ever had! We will come back again! Thank you Emerald Coast!

I had a fractured molar. It was incredibly painful they got me in very quickly put me on medication even though I know they must have been already booked solid due to that week's holidays. They took care of the extraction the next week. I was blown away by their kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Throughout the entire process, they consistently ensured I was comfortable. Their handling of this situation decreased my anxiety tenfold. I could not have asked for anything more! I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Tilley came into her office on a Sunday morning to fix my tooth. I've been grinding my molars and it broke part of my tooth. I had headphones that allowed me to watch tv that was mounted on the ceiling! No kidding. All 3 of my children see Dr.Tilley. I wouldn't see anyone else. I've been a patient for more than 10 years.
