Dr. Nejad is very knowledgeable and talented dentist. You can tell him concern is genuine, and his knowledge of the trade is far more than I have had with any previous dentist. The dental hygienist is patient and thoughtful in the way that she explains and answers my questions. Her work is excellent and thorough. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I'm so glad to have found Emerald City Smiles! I really appreciate the professionalism and care this office gives to their patients. I've had some bad experiences in the past with some other dentists and have felt anxious about finding a dentist I trust. My Bridge (Top Front Teeth) broke and came loose, Friday afternoon and I was able to get in on Monday, Dr. Hrankowski and his Team put me at ease and was able to give me back my smile and now we are working on a permanent fix

There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend!! I am truly and deeply GRATEFUL to Dr. Nejad & his staff for their fabulous personality and skills with my dental care! I live more than 100 miles from Seattle. Unfortunately 1 of my teeths was broken unexpectedly in mid December. As I desperately needed to get an appointment with one of my local dentists, almost every one of them refused to help me, because Christmas was almost 10 days away. Fortunately one of my friends highly recommended Dr. Nejad in Seattle. Hastily and doubtful I called Dr. Nejad's clinic and his friendly front desk told me that they were over-scheduled but when I explained my situation she surprisingly suggested that I should be on hold for a few minutes to talk to Dr. Nejad himself (which is very unusual for a new patient could phone talk to a dentist of a dental clinic on his first contact). Dr. Nejad listened to me patiently and then he promised to push me through his clinic appointments somehow. The next day, I received a call from his office updating me that there was not any opening or cancellation nevertheless Dr. Nejad will honor his word and could take care of me right after his last patient at 6:30 Pm the same day, If I could put myself on the road and reach there on time. Then I rushed and managed to be in the clinic on time and Dr. Nejad and his assistant were working on my teeth till around 8 Pm that evening.......my teeth not only had a major cavity but also needed a crown made by one of Denture labs which was again hard to find a lab where accepting the order and making the crown before Christmas. Since Dr. Nejad has such a caring personality, he could manage finding a reliable lab who agreed to make the crown in just one week. I was notified 2 days after that the crown was going to be ready on time and I could drive to Seattle next week. Dr. Nejad and his assistant made such a wonderful effort to make sure the crown was fixed on my teeth precisely and stayed till 7:30 pm on the day. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience was with Dr. Nejad and his staff for their Caring, sympathy, perseverance and hard work. When you find the best, you should keep it even though the dental clinic is 100 miles away.

I had to walk out of the office because the dentist was being terribly rude. The front desk is never available when I called, I really don't recommend this place.
