This place gets 1 star from me. We never got a chance to be helped here because someone kept picking up the phone and then hanging it right up. So that we would stop calling. It's sad that people in the business of emergency services are not dependable during times when you really need them.

The staff here are very friendly and understanding and the main oral surgeon here is a very skilled and down-to-earth guy I've had all of my wisdom teeth taken out here and about 16 fillings here. They always do their best to minimize the amount of discomfort that you are in. If I had one complaint it would be that there is sometimes oh wait because they are so busy and understaffed at times but still highly recommended.

I put off my dental needs for so many years due to time, insurance struggles, being laughed at at a different dental facility, etc with emergency in augusta . But this year, I decided to finally do something about my teeth in order to restore my confidence and my beautiful smile. This dental office is amazing...the staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They made sure I had a clear understanding of my care plan and are always available to answer my questions. I'm so excited about my outcome! It's a blessing to have a dental office like this in Columbus, they care about their patients. The best in the city by far!!!
