I really had a good experience in this office. Dr. Mendez and her staff are very good and compassionate. I even got follow-up calls to check how I was doing after my root canal.

My husband was a previous patient of Dr Paula Mendez. I made an appointment for him to see the doctor for a root canal on 9/19/22 and Mandy was so so kind, booked him in at the same day, which I don't often see any dentist specialist does it. My husband had one Endodontics doctor closed to home that he went to because of the location close to his work, but nowhere comes close to the service that he got from this office. What shocked me the most that she was able to treat him the same day and didn't turn him away like most traditional office. Dr Mendez is amazing if what she does, she is caring, listens to your concern, shows you detail of the problem of what she find and give you her valuable recommendation. My husband's general dentist wanted to extract his tooth and do implant on the tooth that Dr Mendez was able to save. The procedure was painless and going smoothly, Dr Mendez has a healing hand, my husband has no complication at all. Please take your family and love one to see Dr Mendez first before someone want to do your extraction. You won't regret to come to this office and she will have us as the patients for life!!! By the way the office staff are all so nice and welcoming. The dental equipments are all high quality and the office are so clean. The office even call to check on my husband the next day to see how he's doing. You won't regret to come to this office to get superior care from Dr Mendez!!!

Dr. Mendez is simply the best in katy, very professional, very knowledgeable, I had a root canal and surgery and everyone was wonderful, from the front staff to the assistants and the Doctor. I completely trust her, she will go above and beyond to save your teeth! Thank you Dr. Mendez and your wonderful staff!

There are no words to express my gratefulness toward Dr Mendez, her assistant, manager and staff. I was in extreme pain when I first visited Dr Mendez and they were very gracious to work me in and provide care for me after hours. Dr Mendez is exceedingly professional, proficient and skilled with kindness beyond measure & I had an excellent outcome. I am a medical professional myself and trust me when I say you are in excellent hands with her.

My experience at EMC was phenomenal from start to finish. They took great care of me for my root canal procedure. Mandy was absolutely amazing from scheduling my appointment to me walking out of the door afterwards. Highly, highly recommend.

EMC Endodontics and Microsurgery Center gave me a very pleasant experience for my Root Canal Treatment process, as I am very uncomfortable about the dentist. Dr. Patel helped me feel very minimal pain and discomfort throughout the process, as it did not take very long from my experience for two rootcanals done at the same time. I am very happy with the results, best part was having little to no pain. Office had a very friendly and clean environment. Thank you EMC!

Dr. Paula Mendes At EMC Endodontics and Micrsurgery Center. She is AWESOME Endodontics. She is highly professional and great person. Recently I got re-root cancel by her. I was having tooth nineteenth decay long in the worsts condition. Previously many dentists suggested extraction by surgery or drill. When I come to her, she told me very fairly that with eighty percent of possibility she can do this re-root canal and she done hundred percent perfect work. She do work very relaxed and smoothly. She is good listener and gave answer every question fairy. Ididn't feel any pain throughout. I will RECOMMEND her very strongly for root canal. Again she is Awesome professional. As well staff is also very helpful and professional too.

I was very apprehensive to even think about having a root canal, but Dr Patel was so gentle so nice and also did an excellent job. If I ever need any further dental work and I'm sure I will, only Dr Patel will do it. Thanks again for the excellent care appreciate it very much.

The service here is outstanding! I've always been terrified of going to the dentist and they've really helped change that outlook. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had two root canals done and didn't feel a thing! I can't recommend them enough, especially if you have any type of dental phobia.

Great environment. I am terrified of dental work and the staff and Dr did everything they could to make me feel super comfortable. I will definitely come here for all my dental needs. Love this place and all the staff in there are amazing

I visited here for treatment for a tooth that was bothering me and painful. I am usually always nervous with any treatment but this was hands down one of the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, that lingering pain I had for months was gone! Dr. Patel was friendly, professional, and incredible as was his assistant. I was so relaxed in the middle of it, I had to fight not to doze off! Happy with all the staff here, very friendly especially Elsy. If you need an endodontist for a root canal, I don't know that you could find a better one. Thank you!

I came to Dr Patel with a major problem with a tooth. The treatment that I received was thorough and pain free and Dr Patel was incredibly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how much care I received and the explanations in detail and in understandable terms. I have had a lot of dental treatments done in my lifetime, and this experience rates among the very best! I would strongly recommend his service, and all the staff. A warm thanks to all.

I had a wonderful experience during my treatment for a root canal. Dr. Biraj and his team were extremely efficient, thorough, and gentle throughout my procedure. Special thanks to Vicky, she was great! They ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Thank you again for making my experience awesome, I am usually very scared of any dental treatment but this was seamless!
