Dr. LisaAnderson had an interest in dentistry as early as her teenage years when she first experienced the orthodontic process. She was curious about all the steps needed to improve her smile. As Lisa looked more into the field of dentistry, she was drawn to being able to help others with improving their oral health, while being able to work with her hands every day.

When not working, Dr. Lisaloves spending time with family and friends. Summer is her favorite time of year. She enjoys going to the lake, camping, and hiking with her boyfriend, Tyson and her dog, Trigger.

Dr. Hillary Van Dyke's passion for dentistry began in high school, when her local dentist offered her an opportunity to observe and assist at a dental clinic. From that very first job, the field of dentistry inspired her to be an asset and leader in the community.

Dr. Van Dyke pursued her undergrad in chemistry at South Dakota State University while graduating Cum Laude in 2010. Afterwards, she attended the UNMC College of Dentistry which furthered her love of dentistry as she was able to interact with patients to create a one-on-one relationship and provide them with smile changing care. After receiving her doctorate, Dr. Van Dyke continued her education by attending the Academy of Laser Dentistry and the Invisalign Assist continuing education program.

When not discussing dentistry, she enjoys running, breakaway roping, baking, and quilting. She and her husband, Kevin, also enjoy spending time at home with their horses, cats, and other animal friends in Elkton, SD.

DR. LEEANN DIERCKSBrookings & Clear LakeDr. Leeann Diercks had an interest in healthcare as early as high school as she worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant. It became clear dentistry was the perfect avenue to utilize her artistic skills and passion for health and science.

When not working, you will find Dr. Leeann spending time with her husband Brady and three children, Liam, Lucy, and Hattie. They love spending time in the community supporting the local Bobcats and Jackrabbits! Leeann also enjoys running road races, bike rides, and walks to the park with her kids.

Dr. Richard Loveless knew from a young age he wanted a career with purpose. He found dentistry to be very rewarding by seeing the transformation patients go through and the effect it has on their lives. This proved to be a purpose like no other.

Dr. Lovelessearned his dentaldoctoratefrom the University of Crieghton. Though he attended many classes, his favorite was Partial Denture Design. The complexities and intricacies of partial dentures intrigued Dr. Richard. Soon dentures and extractions became a passion which he continues to this day through continued education.

If you were to ask Dr. Richard what he likes to do in his free time, he would respond, 'Free time, what is that?' With a family of six at home, he doesn 't get much free time. But when he does, he loves playing with his four children!

A graduate of the Creighton University School of Dentistry, Dr.McGuire provides state-of-the-art dentistry, including cosmetic smile makeovers, laser dentistry, mercury-free restorations, smile whitening, and digital xrays in Sioux City and in Omaha, Nebraska. As a former graduate of Watertown High School, and having practiced dentistry in Madison, Dr. Troy Keyes and his family were thrilled to return to Watertown, South Dakota for the second half of his dental career in 2022.

Dr Keyes' time in the Navy aboard the USS Tortuga (LSD 46) and private practices have allowed him to handle just about any dental situation you can throw his way. When notpracticing dentistry in Watertown, Dr. Troy also serves as a mentor at Engel Institute in North Carolina where he teaches other aspiring dentists advanced procedures such as dental implants, extractions, and bone grafting 1-2 weekends per month.

During dental school, he was on a Navy Health Professions scholarship. After dental school Dr. Keyes completed a general practice residency at Naval Medical Center-Portsmouth, Virginia, where he gained advanced training in all specialties of dentistry. Afterwards, Dr Troy practiced in Sioux Falls and later purchased Madison Family Dental before joining Embrace Dentistry in Watertown, South Dakota.

Dr. Nathan Miller decided to become a dentist because of his passion for serving and building relationships in local communities. Dr. Miller and his family moved to the region to serve the community of Watertown and surrounding areas.

Still waiting on an apology from Nancy and her abhorrent behavior towards me on multiple occasions. Here's a break down: 1. She refused to file our insurance for the kids because she wasn't familiar with our plan. I was made to pay in full amount $527.25. 2. I verified our plan coverage and returned to the office with our card asking her to file. She finally did. 3. Insurance did pay! Great! I get money back, right? Nope, I get a statement saying I owe another $135. I call immediately and explain why I should have a credit. Nancy told me she doesn't show a payment in full and to take it up with my credit card company. 4. I brought Nancy screen shots of my credit card statements to show the payment. Again, she refused to look into the billing error and told me to take it up with the credit card company. 5. Nancy told me to "get out and she will transfer our records. All for challenging her on this mistake. Needless to say, unacceptable. 6. I called the Watertown office and asked to speak to a supervisor. He wasn't available, so I explained to Jeanie the issue. She politely said she would look into this and have the supervisor call me. 7. Supervisor calls. He was polite and said they found my payment, a refund will be issued and that "Nancy doesn't have a back down button, and this is just how she is. He has had to talk to many other patients about her behavior before and the staff has issues with her as well". 8. Obviously we will no longer be patients here. It is very sad because we love Melissa as our hygienist and the rest of the staff except Nancy is great. Its a convenient location for us. But now we'll have to find another office in Brookings or Watertown as this office must think this behavior towards patients is acceptable as long as she collects money and fills schedules. I worked in dental for many years. A lot of time at the front desk. If I had ever acted this way to a patient, I wouldn't have had a job anymore.
