Let me just start off by saying, I know dental offices are nobodys favorite place to be, and with that in mind, I wanted to create something that I would enjoy coming to myself as a Reno-Sparks NV dentist. I asked all of my friends, family, and patients what it is that they love about going to certain places, whether it be a salon or the weekend bar. Conclusively, what people said was they enjoyed a good, relaxing, friendly, and fun environment. So with that came Embrace Dental. I graduated from college in 2010 with a major in biology and a minor in psychology. While I was in school, I worked as a dental assistant for a general dentist and orthodontist and earned the title of Lead Dental Assistant a few months later. In 2011, I decided to extend my studies to the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, where I graduated in 2015. Since I was young, Ive had an interest in the skills that pertain to dentistry and the comprehensive effects on your overall health. I decided to return to Reno to be a dentist in the Reno and Sparks area after finishing my education.
I developed an interest in orthodontics early on in my career due to my experience as an orthodontists assistant. I was able to learn a lot about different techniques and practices. While still maintaining my general dentistry background, I decided to dive deeper into the orthodontics field, studying the best practices and procedures to obtain a beautiful smile. Eventually, I branched into cosmetic procedures, with a focus on veneers, same-day smiles, and implants. I love to continually expand my knowledge about the newest and most effective practices so that I can provide more innovative care solutions for you. I want to be your go-to dentist in Reno and Sparks, NV.
Outside of the office, I can be found at the beach, traveling around the world, and playing video games (I am super great at smash brother N64 version). I also enjoy spending my time with friends and family! I love laughing and getting to know new people and just having awesome conversations. What is in our control, we will guarantee. The quality of our workmanship and materials, is our responsibility, and we will fix or repair any work that fails, here in our office. We will always do the right thing, standing behind the work done at our office. This guarantee covers any problems that later become evident, like a crown coming off, a filling that falls out, or a denture or crown that needs to be adjusted. If a treatment, like a root canal, needs to be repeated, there will be no additional charge to fix work under guarantee.

The actual service provided was great. The problem I have is that when I have an issue with the billing the office manager did not want to spend over an hour like I did on the phone to get in touch with the insurance company to resolve a billing issue and wanted me to do their job for them. It's been ongoing for 6 months with no resolution as they send me the bill because there was a mistake on their end when information got submitted. I'll update if there is any changes.

I was really happy with the service provided here. They took pictures of my teeth and showed me the photos on a big screen while explaining the problem and the plan of action. I got work done my both doctors and they both did a great job of managing my pain so that the procedure was painless. The environment is very warm and welcoming as well!

My experience at Embrace Dental was amazing. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and that I was adequately numbed to make my experience as pain free as possible. They were gentle and patient to meet my needs, which I appreciated so much. I asked them to give me exact amounts to pay for treatment.They gave a printout of my portion.The following week i got a bill for 321.00.called them up the girl on phone stated to me in a rude manner 'don't you read what you sighn.Its says on there the price quoted is not guaranteed.i already paid over 500 hundred to them.So people be aware the price quoted is just to get you in the door.You will get a big surprise like I did.

The staff at embrace are wonderful! They take the time to explain everything to you in terms that are easy to understand. They are very professional and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Their office is nice and clean. I would recommend them to a friend.

The staff is AMAZING!! I went to embrace dental for braces and over the span of two years that I had braces on the staff and doctors worked with me every step of the way. Again and again they have gone out of their way to help me. I can not thank them enough. Shout out the amazing receptionist they have and a huge thanks to Kaylie for being so amazing and sweet.

I just had my braces removed last week. I got a cleaning today and they were really awesome about ensuring it was fully cleaned. It was a little sensitive from the braces and retainers and they worked through it carefully. They got into the gums to get everything out. Mala has been working with me for a very long time. Mia made me great retainers. Mala trimmed them a little bit to make them a little more comfortable with the sensitive gums. I did not get the lady's name who did my cleaning. She got any last bit of cement out and explained things very well.

What a great experience here, with a perfect welcoming atmosphere. The nurses are very nice and Dr. Megan is an expertise at what she does. I recommend embrace dental to anyone thinking of getting their GRILL fixed.

Had bad infection in my tooth in a lot of pain this was the first time I came to this dentist and I will Be back for all my dental needs Kaylie the receptionist got me in right away she is as sweet as can be awesome customer service skills thank you kaylie If there was 10 stars for Google reviews I would give them a definite 11 the staff is incredibly friendly knowledgeable helpful and they make going to the dentist a good experience very professional Caitlyn was great she got all my x rays no problem Also great customer service normally I dread the dentist I did not this time I will be back for sure Also Dr.Dhin was fast friendly she made me very comfortable I got my tooth pulled no problem Thanks guys I highly recommend this place

Waited forever for an appointment for my elderly father and they call us on the same day as the appointment and tell us "we cannot get anyone to answer hometown healths phone and we cannot continue to stay on hold with them so it will be $49 unless you want to call them and get us the documentation. Rightttttttt so now we work for embrace dental? Pretty pathetic, if they don't have time to call the insurance and verify maybe they don't have time to do a good job on my fathers teeth! Don't go here..........we have our own jobs and we don't want to work for free! Dental cost are already thru the roof and you tell us no. Try again. "We always have a problem with this insurance not answering the phone and I cannot spend this much time on the phone" sheesh smh

My experience with Embrace Dental was extraordinary... the office is immaculate. The staff is more than pleasant. It's obvious that they live working there. They are great at their jobs, happy and relatable. The service they performed was excellent. I felt at ease though I've had previous bad experiences with dentists. My view has changed! I look forward to going because it is so remarkable. Thank you to Dr. Dinh and her staff.
