Dr. Wolitarsky grew up in Wayne, PA and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in 1996. Following a year as a research associate for Thomas Jefferson Hospitals pain clinic, Dr. Wolitarsky went on to graduate with honors from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Wolitarsky then went on to complete a Post-Doctoral Residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the university in 2002. Dr. Wolitarsky has been proudly serving the dental needs of Elverson and the surrounding communities since 2007.
Before graduating in the top of his dental class, Dr. Wolitarsky held numerous positions at the University, including, class president, and president of the O.U. chapter of the American Student Dental Association. During his senior year, Dr. Wolitarsky also served as a clinical instructor in the Universitys pediatric dental department.
During his residency, Dr. Wolitarsky received advanced training in complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. At that time, Dr. Wolitarsky also served as a supervisor for a free dental clinic in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Wolitarsky is deeply involved in organized dentistry and has held/holds numerous positions in both The Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County and The Second District Dental Society of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wolitarsky is a member of the ADA, the International Congress of Implantologists, and the Philadelphia Academy of Stomatology. Dr. Wolitarsky is also a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Wolitarsky currently resides in Devon with his wife, Kim, and their two children, William and Brooke. When Dr. Wolitarsky is not in the office, he enjoys a multitude of activities including: Landscaping, Hiking, Fishing, Skiing, Golf, Scuba Diving and Skeet Shooting.
Dr. Joseph Funari knew he wanted to be a dentist from a very young age. After spending his formative years in southern New Jersey, Dr. Funari attended West Chester University and graduated with national honors. Dr. Funari then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University. While at Temple University, Dr. Funari received advanced training in Prosthodontic procedures and graduated with distinctive honors for clinical achievement.
Dr Funari takes great pride in his dentistry, focusing on the smallest details and practicing the highest standards of the dental profession. Enthusiasm for people and their overall well-being is central to Dr. Funaris practice philosophy. Dr. Funari strives to develop trust with his patients by communicating clearly and educating them on their dental health.
Dr. Funari practices all aspects of General Dentistry including: Cosmetic Dentistry, Crown and Bridge, Root Canal Therapy, Extractions, Dentures, Pediatric Dentistry, Invisalign, Implant Dentistry and Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Funari is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral implantologists, and the Dental Society of Chester County and Delaware County.
While he is out of the office, Dr. Funari enjoys spending time with his college sweetheart, Hillary, and their dog Gus. Dr. Funari enjoys being outdoors hiking, fishing, skiing, and exploring new places. Dr. Funari is excited to be a part of Elverson Dental Care and looks forward to serving the surrounding community.

Front office, great. Dental assistant, wonderful. Dr. Wolotarski(sp), looking in my mouth, was overcome with barely concealed anxiety. Who can blame him? He put an enormous amount of pressure on me. Finally, the dead tooth was out. No more pressure. Wound healing nicely.

Love this dental practice. I changed to another dentist for two years for a closer commute. Totally happy changing back to to Elverson Dental.

Staff is helpful and friendly and the dentists are great. Very professional. I see Dr. Wolitarsky and I think he is very good. I never feel a thing and I have never had any problem after a procedure. I have had fillings, extractions and implants and all have been perfect. Great dental practice.

My visit was very good! I was seen quickly and the tech Sarah helped with updating my medication list, x-ray of the tooth in question and assistance as the Dr. removed the cracked filling and filled it with a resin. The entire process was quick and with minimal discomfort. Thank you

I will start off by saying the level of anxiety I have at dentist is terrible. From the time I walked into the office they were great! I was coming to them after going to a bad dentist and they helped me without question I will be going here from now on! Nicest dental group I have ever been to!

I contacted Elverson Dental for a broken tooth. Dr.Funari and Sarah are very understanding and explained everything as the tooth was pulled. I would recommend this dentist.

Horrible dental practice. My wife went here for years even though I told her she should try somewhere else. She had a "spot" as they called it on one of her teeth. They would tell her that it might be a cavity but they would keep an eye on it and the following year at her annual exam they would say the same thing. Apparently they didn't think it was a big enough cavity to fix. Finally last year they said it's a cavity, drilled it out and filled it. However, the filling was very sensitive and my wife kept complaining about it and she even went back to see if there wasn't something they could do about it. I finally convinced her to go to a different practice for a second opinion and they immediately found 3 additional cavities as well as told her that her she'll need a root canal for the tooth that had the sensitive filling. So now $2800 later for a root canal and crown, my wife's teeth are fixed. All of this could have been avoided if Elverson Dental would have done their jobs in the first place and filled the cavity years ago instead of pushing it off in order "to save the customer money". Go down the street and take your business to Family Dentistry, they are far more professional and family friendly.

I can't say enough about how great Dr Dymond and this office are. Everyone in the office is always pleasant and it's clear they enjoy their job. Dr Dymond repaired a chipped tooth for me. She has a very calm demeanor. Explained everything to me as she was doing it and made sure I was happy with the look and smoothness of the repair before I left. She is an artist and a compassionate dental provider. I highly recommend.

Best dentists ever!! I've tried others and never again. I will drive almost an hour because they are the best. They are kind, attentive, they don't over-react and they only do the dental work that is really essential.
