Dr. Elvebak loves orthodontics! He cares about his patients and is passionate about achieving great results. He also enjoys getting to know each of his patients and watching their transformation during the orthodontic process. His goal is to create a warm, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere so each patient can enjoy visiting the office.
Dr. Elvebak grew up in Amarillo and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin. After college, he entered dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. While at Baylor, Dr. Elvebak was involved in several research projects and service organizations. He graduated second in his class of 86 students and scored one of the highest scores in the nation on the national board exam.
After dental school, Dr. Elvebak began his residency in the Department of Orthodontics at Baylor, widely known as one of the top orthodontic residencies in the world. During his 27 months there, he was involved in research and teaching and earned a masters degree in oral biology.
Damon and I have been married since 1996 and God blessed us with two amazing kiddos, Dylan and KaLyn. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, jumping out of airplanes, doing pilates, and rowing at RowHouse. I am so grateful to have such an amazing family at Elvebak Orthodontics.
Hi, I'm Teresa! I joined Elvebak Orthodontics in August of 2018 and I feel so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team. I love being able to work with people of all ages and seeing their smiles when they get their braces removed.
Hey there! I'm Adara, I'm an RDA that moved to Texas four years ago from Missouri. I love working with such a fun energetic office here at Elvebak Orthodontics. I take great pride in providing my patients with a warm and peaceful experience.
Outside of the office, I am a huge goofball and a mother to a comical one-year-old. I LOVE FOOD, good movies, and great music I can sing along to, so don't be too surprised if you catch me humming along to a song!
Hey guys, my name is Alexa. I've been at Elvebak Orthodontics since 2016, however, I grew up in an Orthodontic Office going with my aunt to work starting at the age of 14. I love working here and seeing all the beautiful smiles that are created daily.
In my spare time, I love spending time outdoors and being active while enjoying time with my husband and kids. I come from a wonderful family of 7 and fun fact, I'm a twin! I feel blessed that I also have an amazing work family.
In my free time, I like to enjoy going out with my friends and traveling, especially to Colombia to be with my family while enjoying a good cup of Colombian Coffee. I also love watching a good soccer game! I look forward to working on such an awesome team and meeting our patients!
Hello, my name is Itzel and I joined the team in November of 2020. I am currently attending college to pursue my career as a nurse. I enjoyworking out, playing sports, and spending time with my daughter while traveling and trying new foods.

Hi, I'm amber! I was born and raised in Allen, TX. I am a mother to two amazing kids. My son, Brantley, and my daughter, Avery! Orthodontics has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My very first job was doing sterilization for an ortho office when I was just 15 and knew then I wanted to pursue a career in this field.
I joined the EO team in May of 2019 and can honestly say they have all become family to me! I am blessed to be able to work with such amazing people every day, building relationships with patients and being a part of amazing transformations has and continues to be so rewarding. Seeing the patients'reactions when they smile in the mirror for the first time after completing treatment is by far my favorite part!
Hey y'all, I'm Autumn. I was born and raised in Arlington, TX and I am new to the dental field but I'm quickly finding out this is where I want to be. I really enjoy meeting all our patients and getting to see their amazing smiles. Seeing kids gain confidence in their smiles really brings joy to my heart! In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my boyfriend, playing with our dog, Baxter, and watching a good scary movie at the end of the day. Kid #2 just had her braces removed and 5 months early! Dr. Elvebak and his staff go above and beyond to take care of not only their patients but the community as well! We shopped around and wouldn't have trusted our kids smiles to anyone else! Another job well done. Thanks Dr. Elvebak and staff!

We've been going to Dr. Elvebak for just over a year now and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff is incredibly friendly, competent, and professional and the office is bright and fun. We never wait for our appointment and are in and out very quickly. Dr. Elvebak is very accessible and personable, and my daughter's progress is very evident. I would highly recommend him!

My daughter just got her braces off. Even though she needed much more intensive work than most, it was a very smooth and stress-free process. Her smile looks amazing, and her total profile has changed! The office is always very efficiently run, always on time and very professional. Dr. Elvebak is very personable as well as all of his staff. Our younger daughter is about ready to need a ortho consult, and I have no question where she will be going! Love this office!

The staff is wonderful. My daughter has been going there for almost two years now and we have never had any problems. She gets her braces off in 9 weeks and it seems like the time has just flown by.

I have two boys under Dr Elvebak's care right now. I've been impressed with the friendliness of all the staff members and Dr Elvebak has been great too. They are thoughtful to the kids and make it an enjoyable experience.

We have three children who are, or will soon be, in braces and Dr. Elvebak and his staff have taken great care of us! Our appointments always begin as scheduled, everyone is friendly and helpful and I know we are getting great care.

We love Elvebak Orthodontics. We visited several other practices first, and we definitely made the right choice. The professionalism of the entire team reflects the competence and skill of Dr. Elvebak and his practice. Two of our three daughters have more complicated cases, and his conservative approach has been just right, helping us make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary treatment (treatment recommended by another orthodontist that time has proven she definitely did NOT need). We have had a great experience with everyone we have worked with at EO!

We love Elvebak Orthodontics. My daughter should be getting her braces off the summer and it has been so easy. The staff at EO is amazing, they are patient, energetic and informed! We loved all of our visits and I will certainly be bringing my son when it is his turn to get braces.

Dr. Elvebak has taken great care of my girls. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain anything about their treatment that is complicated or has unknown variables. I also love the fact that the office is extremely well-organized and friendly.

Our experience with Elvebak Orthodontics has been great. Our 9 year old son required oral surgery followed by braces. The entire process has been perfect and our son actually looks forward to his ortho appointments - who would have thought? We highly recommend Elvebak Orthodontics.
