In 2005 Elmwood Dental Group, located at S. 1950 Clinton Ave., acquired a separate but attached office location at 1960 Clinton Ave creating a unique, private space for Elmwood Dental Group's innovative and nationally recognized implant and restorative specialty practice. Here, prosthodontists Dr. Frank LaMar and Dr. Michael Baleno work closely with Dr. Jim LaMar to perform comprehensive implant and restorative dentistry of the highest order, most famously, the invention and implementation of now nationally recognized and widely adopted HYBRIDGE. Indeed, many of the most experienced and respected implant and prosthetic dentists throughout the United States now travel to Rochester, NY to train with us here at Elmwood Dental Group's Implant and Restoration Center.

Elmwood Dental Groups Family practice is conveniently located at 1950 Clinton Ave South, facing Clinton Ave in the Brighton Lac De Ville Tops Plaza. Patients are welcomed to our warm, inviting office being greeted by one of our accommodating front desk staff, quickly checked in and provided any necessary paperwork. From their patients and loved ones may enjoy a brief wait in our spacious and comfortable waiting room, offering current reading material and multi-media.

Each of our seven dental operatory suites is well stocked with the latest dental bio-materials and technology to provide the safest, most comfortable, and thorough treatments available. We employ the safest low radiation digital radiology equipment available as well as digital record keeping, high definition intra-oral cameras, E4D digital impression system and a state of the art sterilization center to ensure your peace of mind that you are receiving not only the best treatment, but that it is in the cleanest, safest, most sterile environment possible.

Our six hygiene rooms employ the same digital technology and latest in preventive oral cancer screening, patient educational tools, ZOOM! tooth-whitening, sonicare and prescription strength preventive products, even Bio-Lase soft tissue lasers for painless and conservative non-surgical periodontal treatment. Our hygiene wing also employs its own sterilization center, again ensuring we not only meet OSHA standards for healthcare providers but exceed your every expectation for cleanliness and sterility.
