This place is awful! Terrible customer service! Dr. Wallock should have his license removed! I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and chose to be sedated, I guess I had a bad reaction to it because when I woke up, the assistant told me Dr. Wallock left to go do another surgery cause they were having a hard time with me. They never told me I could have a bad reaction to being sedated. When I woke up, he came back and he was very rude to me. When he started working on my teeth, I cried out in pain and he slammed his tools down and said, "okay I'm done" and walked out on me. He only took out two teeth and left a partial tooth still inside my gums. He never even told me that he didn't finish his job, and they sent me home like that. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I don't know what I did when I was sedated because I was "asleep" but he chose to walk out on me. And walked out on me again because I shrieked in pain. I didn't do anything for him to walk out on me for a second time like that. Slams his tools down and walks out in the middle of working on my teeth. I was scared and confused the entire time, and he didn't even tell me that he didn't finish! I came there to get my wisdom teeth removed and he didn't finish the job and sent me home with a partial tooth still inside of me. Dr. Wallock or the staff never told me that they still left part of my wisdom tooth back there. They never explained anything to my driver with me either. A week later I go in for a check up because I was still in pain, and they didn't say anything to me about the tooth that was still in there. I didn't even know it was there still at that time. I am so frustrated by the lack of consideration this place has. Dr. Wallock is a joke, I have never been treated that way before by a dentist. It was a very terrifying experience. Please do yourself a favor and go see someone else to take out your wisdom teeth.

Unclear processes for a new patient. They canceled my appointment which I had scheduled several weeks prior due to my not returning a voice-mail 24-48 hours prior to the appointment confirming I still wanted my appointment. I was never noticed when I scheduled the appointment that they would require this additional confirmation and that it would be coming via phone call/voice-mail. I was shocked to hear they canceled my appointment but they noted in the message I could reschedule. I am now reviewing my options to see if my insurance will cover my procedure at any other provider, which as you can imagine, is an incredibly time consuming and complicated process. I cannot comment on the quality of medical services this business provides, but assume it is similar to the level of customer service I received prior to ever stepping foot on the property. The entire experience matters, from the first call to the final invoice, and my review is appropriate for the level of service (or lack thereof) that I received. Rating 5 stars so the business doesn't attack me for a poor rating. Hoping the business uses this honest review as an opportunity to review their patient processes so this experience is not repeated for others.

EXTREMELY rude receptionist! Tried to get help for a painful tooth. Seemed irritated I was calling and belittled me when she was trying to request information. Use other location if possible!!

Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Wallock is very knowledgeable also and very friendly. They made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this place

Dr. Wallock and his team were amazing! I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by him, which was my first oral surgery (or surgery of any kind for that matter). I was very nervous about the procedure, especially because I opted for general sedation. He and his team made the process easy and enjoyable and ensured my comfort at all times. His instructions for the post-op recovery were decent and he even called to check up on me later in the day! Overall a great and pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him to others looking for an oral surgeon.

I didn't know it was possible to get such an amazing level of care, they are beyond, I mean beyond amazing here. This is where you need to be when you're in need for dental surgery. I'm grateful for meeting such wonderful people.

Needed infected wisdom tooth out asap. Fastest appointment in the entire Milwaukee/Waukesha area, which matters when your in pain. Had the same assistant the entire appointment, she was so helpful and sweet. Dr. Wallock was nothing short of amazing. Had my tooth out in a few minutes with no pain whatsoever. Called to check on me that evening- Wow! Impressive customer service. Thank you Dr. Wallock!!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out today by Dr. Wallock and he was simply amazing. I was SO worried for the past week about this procedure as my wisdom teeth were all impacted but come the appointment he made me feel so comfortable. He also called to check up on my tonight and see how I was doing. Reflecting on the procedure, I went the IV sedation route and that was my first time ever doing that but again, but i enjoyed not being awake for the procedure and it only took 20 minutes to get all the teeth out. Would recommend Dr. Wallock and all of his staff 100 times over; they're genuine and very caring of all their patients.
