Went for the first time this morning. Awful service at reception. My dental plans website stated that my insurance was accepted at this site but the receptionist first of all acted like I was an inconvenience to her - she really didn't make me feel like I was welcomed, even though I had a serious headache from a serious toothache. Honestly, I could tell from the way she looked at me and spoke to me that this would be an awful experience, from the beginning. Wouldn't recommend going there, at least first thing in the morning.

The only dental office I go to after bad experiences at other dental clinics. I refer to my friends and family.

Told me an unnecessary test was required for my son involving a blood draw. THEY couldn't find the vein in my two year olds arm while they dug around with the needle for two minutes, and had to do a restick. he has bruising now. After all this found the test was completely not needed he could have had a simple shot instead to test for TB. Dr Walsh is an idiot and a quack, not to mention rude. will never go to this fhc again!
