Dr. Paul Ellzey was born and raised in Louisiana. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree. After college, Dr. Ellzey received his dental training at Marquette University School of Dentistry, one of the nations oldest schools of dentistry founded in 1894. Earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Dr. Ellzey began his dental practice in Alabama 27 years ago, with the last 18 years in Prattville.
Dr. Ellzey works to foster a true understanding of each patient and their unique dental circumstances. He routinely deals with patients that are medically compromised and has an understanding of how medications and certain medical conditions affect the teeth and mouth. Dr. Ellzey offers a wide variety of dental procedures from routine cleanings to more advanced dental procedures. For all services, Dr. Ellzey uses the latest techniques in sterilization to assure that you are safe during procedures. Only high-quality materials are used for fillings, crowns, and other services in order to achieve a healthy and natural look whenever possible.

Receptionist was rude ! Called to see if they were taking new patients but she just said no and hung up on me !! Glad I didn't go there

Best dentist in town! Dr. Ellzey never tries to urge you to do the most expensive route just to make more money, he just goes over all your options and tells you what he thinks is best and lets you make your decision. When doing a procedure, he tells you exactly what he's doing so you never have to wonder what's going on or what he's going to do. Dr. Ellzey, and Sidney, Jennifer and Nancy are all the greatest, especially when you've had a major procedure, they all work together and go above and beyond out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of, even after hours.

I give Dr.Ellzey and staff five stars. Sidney is great in the office. Her customer service skills are excellent. Appointments are easy to set up and they will work with your schedule. Dr. Ellzey is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend him.

This office rocks. Went in for an emergency extraction n didn't feel a thing thanks to Dr Ellzey and Miss Sidney! Would highly recomend.

Dr Ellzey and Ms Sidney make even a dental visit....(something everyone dreads) , pleasant. The office procedures during these days of Covid19 are reassuring and on point. My husband James Annis has been a patient for years and highly recommends!!
