Dental Assistant was beyond great! The dentist ( walters) never introduced himself nor did he bother to even tell me what he was going to do! (He literally said 3 words to me) I had a toothache and was in pain. He filled 2 teeth that he decided had to be the problem and neither were. My husband found the problem tooth with an iPhone flash light! The fillings the dentist did fix are so rugged that they have been cutting my tongue all weekend ( procedure was on a Friday) I left the dentist office in tears because I knew the problem wasn't taken care of and that I was still going to have a toothache. When I called Monday to express what happened all the lady could tell me was sorry. Today I'm going to my dentist to have everything documented! I wasted $650 dollars because they never fixed the problem. I am only writing this review to save someone else the pain and suffering! Someone with 20+ years of experience should know better! JoAnna

This is an amazing Dental group. I had a tooth come out of my top plate. I called multiple dentist in Jones County and no one was will to try to fix it. I came across Laurel Oakes Dental Care on Google. They made my appointment for that hour. They looked at it before I did paperwork to make sure they could fix it. THANK GOODNESS they could. 24 hours after dropping my plate off and I had my smile back. Thank you so much. I can't thank you all enough. Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. My nightmare had a happy ending.

My husband and I both love Jenny, our dental hygienist. She is kind and considerate and goes out of her way to make each visit as pleasant as possible. She remembers our preferences and takes care of our needs in a friendly, efficient manner. We always make sure she is available before scheduling an appointment for our dental cleanings.

Had an 8:15 appointment for a broke tooth. They assessed the tooth, had a temp crown on and out by 9:15! Great friendly staff!!

Had.a horrible tooth ache all night. Dr. Walters handled my problem with calmness and expertise. With Millie as his aide, the team had my offending tooth out in a flash! And it did not hurt! Amazing! Thank you, Dr. Walters and Millie. My heroes!!!
