Dr ELLIS, Shouldn't even be called a doctor she is a disgrace to the profession!! She lied to me, broke her word to me and my little girl, discriminated against both my little girls (ages 7 and 9), myself, and my husband! We started treatment there for expanders and invisaline. She knew we could not wear a mask due to auto immune diseases. She was very accomadating and it was Never an issue...never and as i said This is our 3rd appointment. Just to be clear, i can wrar a mask but not for ling due to our illnesses. Then I get a call this morning saying they are going to cancel our appointment. The women was very rude and i was told it was because we can't wear a mask. I tried requesting to speak to the doctor but of course she would not come to the phone. I also, tried explaining qe can wear masks but not for hours at a time like the first appointment we had. My husband myself and my 2 children went in for the appointment despite the call so we cd speak with the so called... we knew she would eventually come out and speak with us. All we wanted to know was the new rules. We don't have a problem wearing a mask for a short time period however, we struggle for a long time period due to our auto immune diseases. A police officer was called and he was very nice and spoke to us and the doctor and we worked out that we would walk our daughter in when she was ready to be taken back with a mask on and then they would bring her out. We had no issue with that. Keep in mind KELLY WAS OUT OF CONTROL THE ENTIRE TIME. THE POLICE IFFICER EVEN TOLD HER TO STOP SPEAKING TO US THE WAY SHE WAS, BUT ELLIS DID NOTHING. So, we walked outside with the police officer put our masks on and I walked back in With my daughter while my husband stayed in the car with our other daughter. Once we walked inside the office this elderly woman with short grey hair KELLY, said "you can leave her here in the waiting Room and go outside." The police officer and I both looked at one another because that's not what we had just discussed. He went in back to talk to ELLIS AFTER I stated "I do not feel comfortable leaving my 7 year old alone in the waiting Room. There are 2 doors to this building one in the front entrance one in the back entrance and there are other businesses in this building....people in and out constantly. I wont be able to see her or both entrances." KELLY the grey haired woman who's been rude more times than I can count mumbled "stinkin Republican: under her breath (we had trump masks on] and said "enough of this you're not gonna be treated here!!" The police officer who had walked to the back and talked to DR ELLIS And told her that I was uncomfortable leaving my 7 year old in the waiting room came back and told me doctor Ellis has decided if you don't feel comfortable leaving her in the waiting Room alone while you wait in uour car then she will no longer treat you or your family. I was completely confused because we just finished talking to ELLIS, the secretary (KELLY), and the police officer and we did exactly as they asked. Ellis wasted hours of our time in life that we will never get back, she allowed her employees to talk terrible to me and put me down calling me names, she also took a deposit of cash which I have a feeling I may never see again. Ellis had absolutely no backbone, in fact the police officer had to ask Who is in charge! If you want to be treated like you don't matter, like children, Like your personal health struggles don't matter, like your fears don't matter, and be discriminated against for both your race and Health issues then go see doctor Ellis. We are white indian and Mexican and qe had such horrible treatment i believe it was far more than what they were letting on. It's a shame my children had to experience discrimination but especially from their own doctor!!

I went in for Invisalign and was told I wasn't a candidate and agreed to get traditional braces. I frequently had to return to have long wires retrimmed. When she removed my braces my teeth were not aligned and my bottom teeth were hitting the back of my top teeth. i told her I would prefer to leave them on until my teeth were aligned and she said she could make them "fit". Instead of leaving them on, she removed the braces and filed my teeth down. Now 7 months later, my teeth are more misaligned than before I sought treatment and I now have to pay for more orthodontic treatment, only this time with the original clear aligners I came to her for to begin with. Not to mention so much of the back of my front teeth were filed away by her to stop them from hitting my bottom teeth that I now have painful sensitive weak spots where the enamel is almost gone. And the teeth are still hitting each other. I spent a fortune with her office and I'm worse off than before I went for treatment. she also was going to do an expensive three stage treatment on my daughters teeth including hinges, braces and expanders. We have gone to another office and she is being treated with Invisalign and her teeth and bite already look amazing. She was spared years of painful awkward treatment. Make sure you get a second opinion before proceeding with treatment.

The process of getting braces for your first child is an overwhelming process. The staff at Ellis Orthodontics made the process a lot easier. The first step was to make the call. After that they took over. I received a welcome letter with information about the process and next steps. I took my daughter in for her free consultation. Dr. Ellis and staff earned our business. I look forward to working with them on my daughters beautiful smile!
