Scheduled an appointment for 2:30-4:00pm over the phone. Took time from work, drove there, walked in at 2:30 to check in. Was told I need to put on a mask. No one told me this while scheduling an appt. I said no thanks & I'll wait outside. I was told I'd have to put one on to walk back to the room. I said I do not comply to those terms. I was told okay. Waited outside for 20+ minutes and was called inside. Dr. Ellis refused to serve me. I informed him that I was not made aware of these terms in scheduling an appt. I asked if he was refusing me service to which he was reluctant to agree to and said he would love to serve me if I put on a mask to go back at which point I could take it off. Again, I said I do not agree and was not made aware of these terms at the time of scheduling the appointment. I asked if he would serve me to which he replied "no." He mentioned that I'm the first person to bring this up. Even if that is true, he was implying that I should go along with this because everyone else is going along with it. I was taught that this is a dangerous game to play. He also pointed out that people are unvaccinated and spreading Covid-19. To which I expanded that vaccinated people are spreading Covid-19 too to which he agreed. It felt like an targeted attack to blame unvaccinated individuals.

Worst dentist I have ever been to I went for a filling and he absolutely ruined half of my mouth Cant even line my teeth up for a bite without having excruciating pain also cut me with grinder MULTIPLE times will never go back

I took my daughter to Dr. Ellis for her 1st dental visit and I can't even begin to fully describe how great it was. Dr. Ellis was amazing with her, he was thorough, and really listened to my concerns/questions. I'm very impressed and will definitely continue with them. If you want a dentist who is knowledgeable, great with kids, and genuinely cares then go see Dr. Ellis.

Honestly this is the best dentist i have ever been to. Everyone knows what they are talking about, and what they are doing for sure.. i love this place, I personal will never go anywhere else. They were able to help my wife when we couldn't get any help anywhere else. Thank you Ellis family dentistry

Dr. Ellis was very friendly and understood my apprehensiveness from past dental experiences and made me feel calm right away. I would recommend him as a Family dentist. I am a patient as well as my two daughters and they love going to the dentist now, thanks to Dr. Ellis.

Dr. Ellis and his staff are great, if you have a need for a dentist and want the best treatment go see Dr. Ellis in Huntsville, Tennessee. They'll give you a smile to be proud of.

Terrible dentist if you have any problems that cause any sort of pain then I suggest going any where else they do not care if your in pain will not call in medications won't call you back when calling about said problem yes these people are nice and friendly to your face but in an emergency or getting you put of pain os not their number one priority they want your money not to fix your problems or get you out of pain

Went there for the first time because my tooth broke off. My insurance was messed up and unusable. I was sent home. I cried on the way home because my tooth was cutting my tongue and the pain was terrible. They called me and told me they would file it for free to get me out of pain just until I get my insurance fixed. They saved me so much grief. Thankful for them

Don't you HATE it when you or your kids need several things done at the dentist and it takes like 4 appointments over 2 months or so to get it done?! I can't stand it, personally. Let's just say I was more than pleased to take my TWO kids for dental work and find out that everything was done for my son that very day, and my daughter has to go back one more time to have 2 baby teeth extracted. They would have done it today but she was feeling a little overwhelmed after her fillings and extracting 2 other baby teeth. Both kids said afterwards how much they liked going to this office than previous dentists. My son even said, mom I was really nervous to have my filling, and the dentist talked to me and he helped me to relax so I wasn't scared. So thankful we found Ellis Famiky Dentistry!

I honestly can't not tell you how amazing my sons visit was. He had to have some fillings and the entire time Dr. Ellis kept making sure he was comfortable and that he was comfortable above everything. The ladies in his office who help him are amazing as well, very friendly and make you feel right at home.

The staff here was great with me and my daughter! Dr. Ellis did a great job with my dentures! Every time I needed an adjustment they worked with me to get me in as soon as possible. I'm happy with the outcome of my new dentures. And I'd recommend him to all that want a correct set of dentures done properly! Thank you Dr. Ellis and staff!
