My boys went when they were younger. Then I had my daughter and she has autism. The staff and both Dr Elliot & Randy have been so good with my daughter who is now 6. Very kind and caring. I see there's a lot of reviews I don't know what's that about. I may have had an assistant from here that wasn't super friendly, but just doing what they need to do. Overall the dental assistants are very sweet and patient with my child and her special needs. I love this place and really appreciate them so much.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!I Will NEVER go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! HAD TO CHASE THE DENTIST DOWN BASICALLY JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE DOING. ALSO THEY WERE MESSY AND LEFT A HUGE CHUNK OF FILLING ON MY DAUGHTERS CROWN, THAT WAS A GOOD TOOTH!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

My Daugther had been going there to The Dentist, not once did we go anywhere else. She went while she was a little baby/toddler referred by Dr. John Smith a well respected doctor that did his medical education at Vanderbilt and practice there too. Because of Covid we did not go since 2019 til now 12/2021. Be careful not to be exposed or expose someone with Covid. Now I just called for an appointment. Since my daughter had not been there in 2 years now they consider her a new patient. NO! LOYALTY. The secretary even ask the dentist, she said and she would not take her. After years, and them getting paid thousand of dollars now she is considered a new patient and they are not accepting NEW patients. I can see what talks here the MIGHTY DOLLAR BILL.! They do not care about their patients and there is NO LOYALTY....... DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST-UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DROPPED LIKE A HOT POTATO!!!!!! After years of being their patient.

Highly wouldn't recommend This one girl who did my teeth last literally cut the back of my mouth and it was hurting for a week straight and went so far up into the gum of one of my front teeth, it was swollen for a while. I am not going back there again!

My kids love this place because they are always welcomed with smiles and the staff are always very friendly and professional. I am so happy with the care that Dr. Erin Elliott provides for my children. Not a fan of Randy at all his bed side manner is terrible and he doesn't listen when their is a concern regarding your child. I have questioned a upper lip tie my child has had since birth however he blew it off as it it was no big deal. 7 years later my child's father and I expressed our concern for our child's mouth care for him to finally listen. Another down fall this office does is leave the doors of patients individual side rooms for percedures open. Which means the screams and cry's and fits of other kids can leave other patients with anxiety.

Today my daughter had two teeth removed, she was scared and he literally took the mask off her face and put it on her mouth and pushed down on it really hard and got so irritated at her crying. He is a joke . Not the first time this has happened, he is very rude. I don't understand why he works with kids if he doesn't have the patient. I'll be looking for a new dentist.

As a child who goes here for dentist appointments it has been traumatizing. I encountered Rasicm, high pain, and really bad anxiety.

Definitely would not recommend! I have had very bad experiences with this dentist. One of them is taking my brother, with autism, to this dentist and the dentist treating him so unprofessionally. Please be careful when going to this dentist, take them somewhere else. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Dr. Randy Elliot, hmmm! I've never met such a smug childrens doctor. The guy didn't even look at us nor smile when he walked in? He walked in, didn't smile, looked down his nose never looking at me and sat down to begin belittling my 10 year old daughter and probably causing her a few more fears about dentists. My daughter has severe anxiety so they were supposed to give her gas to help because she was only getting fillings. The supposed gas had no effect unless it intensified her anxiety and if that's the case they should've known it could increase anxiety. That's beside the point! My daughter was having a full blown anxiety attack and was having trouble breathing and she told him this and his response was your crying and talking you can breath & didn't back off. She was almost hyperventilating and he never took his hands outta her mouth to give her a second to even catch her breath. He was almost finished with the first one when this happened or it would've had to wait until we found a different dentist because I was about to lose my mind & cool at this point! He finished the first and said she's gonna have to be more still on the next on. I then told them to remove the mask, there's not gonna be another because we're done here! Come to find out she really was having trouble breathing because he readjusted the mask and IDK what he did but my daughter later told me it was at that point when she was having trouble breathing. This guy is everything wrong with society and he's a childrens dentist...Great! His assistant(forgot her name but she's a taller blonde, thirty something, also with the inability to have a speck of empathy...FOR A CHILD! SHE COULDN'T EVEN SMILE AT A CHILD TO MAYBE BE A BUT MORE COMFORTING. I know some doctors read some of their reviews & there are many choice things I would love for him to read or get wind of! However, I(a commoner)have more class than someone who should have an a+ in class, tact and empathizing with children with emotional conditions such as anxiety & kids with other issues as well so I'm gonna wrap this up pretty quickly. Just wanted to warn other parents about this cat mainly! I SAY TO YOU SIR-THESE THINGS I MENTIONED YOU LACK, THEY'RE PART OF YOUR JOB, IF YOU'RE WORTH A DIME AS A HUMAN BEING AND DENTIST ANYWAY! YOU SHOWED ME THE HUMAN BEING YOU ARE THOUGH.

I will not take my child back to this dentist. First off they put a cap on a baby tooth. The cap irritated the gum and caused infection so they decided they would pull it. Why not do that in the first place!? While pulling it my son was given gas which made him very wiggly. As Dr. Randy Elliot gave him the shot my child couldn't be still so Dr. Elliot told my son He would just hold the shot in place until he was still. Which clearly hurt him. This traumatized my child! The staff was great but Dr. Randy Elliot was not!
