Dr. Albert Ellender is an orthodontist who has been practicing since 1978. Dr. Ellender spent 10 years of training which included 4 years college, 4 years of dental school and 2 years of orthodontics training in order to practice orthodontics. While studying orthodontics for 2 years at the University of Louisville, Dr. Ellender spent full-time learning the skills required to manage tooth movement (orthodontics) and how to guide facial development (dentofacial orthopedics).
Today's orthodontic treatment is much more comfortable than it used to be, due to In-Ovation System Braces and shape-memory NiTi wires. In-Ovation system braces softly guide teeth into alignment which places no pressure on the teeth. Using the same technology utilized by NASA, NiTi wires exert a continuous force against the teeth to move them in the right direction, eliminating the need for wire tightening. The combination of In-Ovation braces and NiTi wires reduces a patient's overall time in braces and much of the pain. At Ellender Orthodontics we pride ourselves on making the process of straightening your teeth as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Ellender continues to stay up-to-date on the newest techniques and treatments available through the numerous courses and seminars that he regularly attends. This knowledge enables him to offer the best quality orthodontic care to every patient of any age. Dr. Ellender uses the latest in In-Ovation self-ligating braces in clear and metal, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen.

I've never had any problems at Ellender on their end, as a matter of fact when I did have any problems due to my mistakes they always resolved it. I am proud to say I have pretty, straight teeth thanks to Ellender Orthodontics!

We LOVE Dr. Ellender!! He makes the kids feel so comfortable. So much so that they actually look forward to going to the orthodontist! The Invisilign braces are the best! You really can't see them!!
