Dr. Jessica Baker is a local dentist raised in Delaware. After receiving her B.S. in Biology from Morgan State University, Dr. Baker continued with her education and graduated from UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School in 2002. Dr. Baker then proceeded to further her education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program from the prestigious Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in New York City. For over nine years, Dr. Jessica Baker has practiced general and restorative dentistry. She continues to take many hours of continuing education each year in order to keep up with the latest advances and procedures in dentistry.
Sharon Wells is our patient/insurance coordinator. She has been in the dental field for over 33 years. She received her certificate for dental assisting in 1987. For the past 17 years she had been helping patients schedule, treatment plan, and finance their dental needs and desires. She strives herself on being able to leave a positive, lasting impression on patients.
Ali graduated from Delaware Technical and Community College where she graduated in 2014 with an Associates in Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She provides quality care to all our patients as well as educating them on their oral health. Her number one goal is to teach preventative dental care and to build a relationship with her patients. In her spare time, Ali enjoys traveling, trying new food, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Ziggy.
Cindi grew up in Cecil County MD. After graduating from Rising Sun High school she completed her general studies at Cecil College while working as a dental assistant. She then transferred to Allegany College of Maryland to achieve her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Worst dental office ever didnt tell me I had a cavity tried to get me a dental cleaning before removing my cavity that I knew I had said they never told me because they probably didn't have a date for me to get it done

My kids have been going to Dr. Baker since babies. She's great with kids and adults. They try to teach the kids to sit in the chair early and show them what's going on, as a parent I never interfered with the steps and my kids do great! We love this office and staff

I was told that my insurance provider doesn't cover my cleaning procedure. They charged me $180.00 for standard cleaning procedure. I called my insurance provider and complained about what has happened at this dental office. I was informed that my insurance covers my cleaning and that the dental office submitted the claim and took my money on top of that it! Fraudulent practice and there should be some consequences. Do not go this office, SCAMMERS!

Take your dental needs elsewhere! Called to see if the office was accepting new patients with the insurance my parents have. Was told the office does not take their insurance anymore but was running a special on cleaning for only $79.00 per patient, so I made the appointment for my parents. When my parents arrived they were told that the cleaning stuff (dental hygienist) was not in today but they could do x-rays only instead but no cleaning. My parents turned around and left the facility. What a scam!! From Delaware my parents (older people) drove to Elkton, Maryland for no reason. They were told that numerous messages were left but the office could not reach us. I actually called the office in advance to complete all paperwork needed for them and no one said anything. Don't waste your time!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL FOR A DENTAL OFFICE!! SO WRONG TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PEOPLE LIKE THAT. THIS DENTAL FACILITY SHOULD BE ASHAME OF THEMSELVES!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY! ALL LIES!

Excellent dentist and staff. They make you feel comfortable and are truly about your dental well-being. Up to date with latest progress in new dental developments. With their professional help, I have overcome a major gum hurdle. Highly recommend.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. The dentist was used me for profit rather than providing the services that I need. After 2 appointments and $500, When I asked for the services I needed, I was referred to another dentist.
