I am from out of town and was long overdue for a dental check up. It's been almost 5 years since I step foot into a dental office. This place accepted my insurance so I stopped by here. I am really glad I did, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I came here twice for a check up and a follow up filling. My insurance was ending towards the end of the month, and the staff is really understanding and made sure to squeeze me in. Kimberly initially setup my first appointment and make sure my insurance and paperwork was up to date. In my follow up, Ms. Christine helped move my appointment to an earlier time (closer to lunch time) and before the end of the month. I know when it comes to scheduling, it can be tough and she also spoke to other patients to help accommodate me. Dr. Ella Korobova is nice and does the job well done. She doesn't conversate as much, but I don't mind it since it's important for her to focus on my teeth. She explained the necessary procedures on what she did and what to expect afterwards. After my appointments, Ms. Christine took the time to show me how to correctly brush my teeth and to floss. Even though I thought I am expert at it, it shows how there is room for improvements. She also recommended me to look up hydro flossing online which will be good for my overall oral care. Overall, I am grateful by the staff and how much time they took to accommodate my visits and educate me on my health.
