Dr. Andrea Burns completed her dental education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where she was one of two students in her class to be awarded the prestigious Deans Scholarship. Upon graduation, she chose to further develop her skills in dentistry by completing an advanced practice residency at Allegheny General Hospital. Her time there was well spent as she learned valuable skills such as treating complex dental trauma and managing medically compromised patients.
Dr. Burns frequently donates her time and professional skills by volunteering her dental service here in the United States and abroad. She emphasizes comprehensive dental care and believes that every patient should be treated with empathy and compassion. Dr. Burns is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and daughter Maura.
Dr. Zugai is a proud native of the Pittsburgh area and graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2012. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr. Zugai has earned the Qualified Dentist Designation from the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).
In addition to being a highly skilled family dentist, Dr. Zugai offers CPAP alternative treatments, such as oral appliance therapy, for patients diagnosed with sleep apnea. She is also one of the areas only certified Healthy Start providers, offering an orthodontic alternative to braces for young children. She also holds professional memberships with The American Academy of Oral and Systemic Health and the Christian Medical and Dental Association. In her time away from the office, Dr. Zugai enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Dr. Jonathan Caso completed his education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2009. After graduation, he went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency, in Georgia, in 2010. He also graduated from a two-year comprehensive dental residency program in North Carolina in 2019.
Throughout his career in dentistry, Dr. Caso has had the opportunity to provide dental care to patients in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Egypt, and Kuwait. He places a strong emphasis on education. He loves seeing patients of all ages and alleviating dental anxiety. Dr. Caso is happy to be back in Pittsburgh with his wife and son.

Decided to try this place because I was new to the area and didn't want to drive 40 minutes to my regular dentist for a teeth cleaning, had an extremely bad experience here, the hygienist had absolutely no idea what she was doing, took my x rays 4 times due to she didn't realize the sensor was disconnected, proceeded to insist I get the panoramic x rays instead, I questioned if I would be charged for those because I had already previously had them done at my regular dentist, was told by the hygienist it would be covered completely under preventative care, after x rays she proceeded to clean my teeth with a new device I was unfamiliar with and she was also clearly unfamiliar with as well, very painful experience and my teeth did not look or feel as clean as they typically do after a cleaning, then I received a text message regarding a bill for the x rays. I called the office to inquire about my bill and my experience there, was unable to get a word in due to the lady kept talking over me and did not want to discuss anything except my credit card numbers and was speaking extremely rude and condescending to me. That's not how your supposed to treat patients. I will be making the 40 minute drive from now on lol.

I cannot comment on the dental service as my wife never got a chance to go in. She has chronic health issues that Dr. Hasley was very familiar with and was very accommodating with missed appointments due to those issues. Unfortunately, the staff just told her that they are not interested in patients that miss appointments for chronic illness caused reasons. If you're healthy, I guess you wouldn't have any issues, but don't have health issues or get sick before your appointment! The doctors at this practice can feel free to reach out to me through my wife - your former (your choice) patient.

My son and have been both been coming here for quite a few years and always have a great experience. When a 12 year old says he loves going to the dentist, I think that speaks volumes. From walking in the front door to leaving with a smile...Thank you!

I had a very bad tooth cavity and infection. After suffering over the weekend I called the office on Monday morning at 8 :05am. She told me to come in right away. My tooth had to be pulled and it was out by 8:45am. Thanks for the good and fast service. They will be my provider from now on.

Our family dentist office is fantastic ! My son actually asks us when the next time he can go back , as soon as we leave! All of the Doctors are understanding , patient and knowledgeable! The hygienists are very kid ( and adult ) friendly as well! If you are local to the area , this office is just excellent in every way !

Dr. Caso was fantastic! He was very kind and gentle. I was in quite a bit of pain and he saw me within a very reasonable amount of time. I was in quite a bit of pain and within hours of my visit I was almost pain free. Dr. Caso called me to follow up, which was greatly appreciated. I'm very glad I chose Dr. Caso is my dentist!

Just pushed and pride on it for 3 hours my son is traumatized from the experience and never wants to go to the dentist again! Then I went there for a filling and got the same Dr Caso unfortunately I thought maybe it would be ok but NO my tooth has hurt ever since it's a constant nerve pain! Now I have to go to another dentist to hopefully be able to fix whatever he did to my tooth!

I had a wonderful dentist growing up. He unfortunately passed away from cancer while I was in high school. I found another dentist but he hurt me so bad I didn't go back for many years. I ended up with tooth pain and had to have teeth pulled from cavities. Then my dental anxiety came back. Fast forward a few years and I wanted my teeth taken care of again. I had a few friends recommend this dentists office. I am no longer in fear. It was the best experience I've had as an adult. No pain and they were understanding of issues. Will be going back and recommending them to people forever. Thanks!!

Wonderful dentists, my husband and I are patients for over 20 years. Dr. Hasley and Lea both taking care of us. Friendly, gentle and respectful doctors. I am actually looking forward to go and see them every 6 month. My teeth always in great shape thanks to dr. Hasley and wonderful hygienist Lea!! I will recommend this dentistry to all of my family and friends!!!
