Dr. Russ explains everything very well, is very thorough and detail oriented. She lays out all the options clearly, so I could make an informed decision that is right for me. She is a perfectionist, which I appreciate. Her staff is great, too!

During my first visit, Dr. Russ explained what would take place during the exam and what to expect going forward with my treatment. She was very attentive to my anxiety, explaining everything that would be done to make the appointment comfortable. I am looking forward to having Dr Russ as my dentist with her plans for my treatment.

I love this dental practice. They are warm, knowledgeable, patient, and always have the latest in technology. My daughter had been to other practices and developed dental phobia. Not here! They have a picture of her smiling from her first visit. She never minds coming here. My husband had been with this dental practice (in one form or another) since he was a child and won't go anywhere else. We love them and highly recommend them for all ages and concerns! *Note: We moved 7 years ago and I still travel an hour because their service is worth it. I'll stick with them no matter what.

Amazing staff. Very efficient. Great with little kids. Perfect dental office for the entire family. My daughter (5) just went in this week and left saying that she "loves Jessica and Elizabeth" who took care of her. The little treasure box helps too.

Until recently, I was pleased with Elizabeth Russ's Family Dental Practice. My last appointment and my discussions with Robbie, Dr. Russ's Office Manager, changed my mind. I had an appointment with Dr. Russ to re-cement a crown. I made the appt 2-3 weeks in advance. Dr. Russ attended to another patient while she was re-cementing the crown. It was like being at Tufts Dental School instead of a private dental practice. The staff made errors in billing statements I requested; they also made scheduling changes that were inconvenient and not agreed to by me. The final insult was when I decided to end my relationship with Dr. Russ's Dental practice. I asked Robbie if I was entitled to a partial refund for the Dental Savings Plan. Robbie told me this would issue a pro-rated refund. Robbie gave me a 10% refund - $39.00 because, he said I'd had dental services he deducted from the reimbursement for the Savings Plan. I paid for a full year of the Savings Plan; $399.00; only had the plan for 3 months and had been a patient at the Dental Practice since it was owned by Paul Cohen, my former Dentist about 38 years. Robbie is aware I am a senior, living on a fixed income I guess he and his wife need the money more than I do and this is what I told Robbie.
