She is a Fellow in the Misch Resnik Implant Institute, a program founded by Dr. Carl Misch, author of three editions of an influential dental implants textbook. She is also a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, an honor that requires interviews, exams, and extensive documentation of experience. She has certifications to perform Hybrid full-mouth reconstruction, a process in which patients get dental implants and replacement teeth in a single day, and the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique, a minimally invasive gum recession treatment.

Family is a priority for her and her husband, William. They live near their siblings, and the families all enjoy spending time together. Colleen joined us in 2019 with 28 years of dental experience. She has degrees in both dental assisting and dental hygiene, and she is a certified dental assistant, a registered dental assistant, and a registered dental hygienist.
