Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics does not believe in assembly line care. Dr. Blake and Dr. Peluso personally develop each patients treatment plan and oversee their care throughout the entire process for optimal results and consistency.
We are a 'green' office, with digital X-rays (90% less radiation), paperless charts, and the highest standard of sterilization procedures meeting and exceeding all CDC guidelines, with no harmful chemicals to the environment.
We offer modern dcor with fun patient areas, including an iPad bar and movie area. All treatment areas are semi-private, separated by floor-to-ceiling glass dividers, which are great for adults, special needs patients, and infection control.

We also offer the iTero Element technology that digitally scans teeth for the most accurate fitting possible for Invisalign, Incognito braces, and other orthodontic appliances. If that werent enough, Dr. Blake and Dr. Peluso are Platinum Invisalign Providers.
Dr. Elizabeth Blake was raised in Tampa, Florida. Growing up, she always admired her aunt, a flight attendant who worked her way up to become CEO, and her father. She credits them for teaching her a good work ethic that made her who she is.
Dr. Blake has wanted to be an orthodontist for as long as she can remember. Having braces as a child influenced her goals, and today, shes happy to share that love for orthodontics with our community.
Dr. Blake earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida where she graduated Cum Laude. During her undergraduate career, she was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority.
She stayed at the University of Florida for dental school graduating in 2006 with her DMD degree and celebrating the Gator BCS Championship. She is a loyal Florida Gator, and feels they can still hear her cheers all the way from New England!
Dr. Chris has always wanted to be an orthodontist. Growing up seeing his father practice orthodontics inspired him to dedicate his own life to creating smiles. Today, he works alongside his wife to do just that!
Dr. Chris graduated Suma Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University where he earned his Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. During his undergraduate career, he was the captain of the schools rugby team.

Almost two years ago I told my dentist I was interested in Invisalign and was recommended to come to Dr. Blake. I was impressed that everyone I met during the initial consultation visit was so friendly, professional, and took the time to carefully explain every detail of the process. Now my teeth are weeks away from being 100% straight for the first time in my 60+ years. Everything I was told to expect during that first visit was exactly correct, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Blake herself is a pleasure to work with, and though I'll certainly be glad when I finish up in a few months, I'll miss many of the staff that I now know on a first name basis. They really do whatever they can to make each visit as pleasant and informative as possible. Most reviews here will focus on her work with kids and young adults, but I can say first hand that Dr. Blake and her practice can help reach the desired results for any age patient.

Dr Blake was so wonderful with our 8 year old daughter who's suffered from anxiety. They are so kind and take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend her practice as they are always there to answer you questions.

I looked at and researched several local orthodontists before choosing Dr. Blake for my children's braces and I'm glad I did. She and her entire staff are kind, caring and very helpful. Dr. Blake takes the time to individualize her treatment plans and worked with me diligently when we were having issues with our insurance company. She emailed and worked with me personally so solve the issue! Not all places would do that. If you're looking for an individualized, caring, successful experience look no further. Dr Blake owns and operates this office with her name in the door! It's not a chain office with orthodontists rotating in and out with little accountability. She will know you, your family, your individual case and takes pride in it.

My 8 year old son has a bite issue and Dr.Blake and her office have been wonderful! So professional and accommodating. The office is very clean and follows all Covid precautions as well as being beautifully decorated. Highly recommend this great practice!

After careful research, we chose Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics to care for our boys teeth and couldn't be happier that we did!! Not only does she hold elite academic accreditations that separate her from other orthodontists, but also her kindness and attention to detail are what truly made a difference in our boys treatment plans. Our older son went from a crowded mouth to reality-show perfect teeth. More importantly, she gave him confidence and he loves his smile. Our younger son had a very complicated case with a tooth growing the wrong way that needed surgery and anchors. Dr. Blake reversed the direction of growth over time and saved the tooth, coaxing it into place. Also of note, her back office is professional and really on the ball. They guided us seamlessly through the insurance process. My boys always felt comfortable in her care and never complained about checkups. Scheduling was a breeze and I never once felt pinched for an appointment. Building on that topic, Dr. Blake is always available to her patients- meeting early at the office before school or late in the event of a loose bracket (popcorn) or popped wire (lacrosse mouth guard incident). Once, she even helped my son with a poking wire at our community pool! The office space is gorgeous and a reflection of her personal style. Honestly, don't go anywhere else for your orthodontic care. She is incredible!

I have two kids who currently have braces, one more getting them on in August. We have had such a great experience these past few years with all of my kids who all require different approaches with their dental care. Dr. Blake also has a conservative approach and doesn't rush into scheduling dental work for her patients. She and her staff make this process so easy and they have created a safe environment even with the difficulties that Covid has brought to many businesses. I have recommended friends who bring their kids here as well. A really great choice for dental work!

Both myself and my 12 year old daughter are patients of Dr. Blake. I completed Invisalign about a year ago and could not be happier with my results. My teeth were seriously over-crowded and now you'd never know. My daughter currently has braces and her teeth are already beautiful! She was very anxious to have them put on but everyone at the office is unbelievable kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable at her very first visit. Their COVID practices are taken very seriously, scheduling is easy, and emergency visits were handled quickly as well. I highly recommend Dr. Blake.

Both of my children went to Dr Blake. She was wonderful. My daughter had complications unrelated to the braces (broken tooth and root canal) that lead to a long delay in her orthodontic treatment but Dr Blake was very patient as we worked our way through completing braces. She was always available to help.

I remember as a child how much I disliked my orthodontist. He was mean and always made me cry. It was so important for us to find an orthodontist for our 11 year old, who was kind and yet who had an excellent reputation. Fortunately, we did not have to go far. Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics is right in our home town. I was fortunate enough to meet Elizabeth at a charitable event in our community a few years prior. Elizabeth takes part in so many of the charitable events that support our town and especially our schools. She is truly awesome, so I didn't think twice about bringing my daughter in to meet with her. Elizabeth and her staff are kind and extremely professional. All of her patients before and after pictures look amazing. We are looking forward to seeing our daughter smile when Dr. Blake is finished with her. Her plan for each child has been individualized and different, she was careful with the timing on when to start each and has done a great job with everything! Elizabeth Blake Orthodontics is a highly professional , extremely competent and beyond caring orthodontic office that I have had the privilege of experiencing. The level of care received exceeded our expectations! The office is immaculate and comfortable - not to mention stunning . The staff displays a level of teamwork not often seen. I went to EB Ortho because I wasn't good about wearing my retainer after having braces as a teenager, so my teeth had shifted quite a bit. I was very self-conscious because of this, and I hated seeing myself talking on video or in photos...I would literally try to smile less to hide my teeth! I decided to do the Invisalign treatment, and I had a great experience from start to finish- Dr. Blake and her team always made me feel comfortable and important, answering all my questions right away and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my treatment. I feel so much more confident now, and can't wait until masks are a thing of the past so I can show off my new smile!
