My journey into holistic and biological dentistry began years ago. I was trained in one of the best dental institutions in the country Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. While my dental education was superior, after practicing for several years I kept noticing a trend. Patients that were dedicated to proper home hygiene and coming into the dental office for their routine cleanings were still having dental cavities and other issues. Not only that, but the longer I worked, the longer the list of medications and medical treatments my patients reported each visit to my office. I knew there was other links that were being missed in helping them reach optimal health. Thus, my true dental journey began. After extensive research, thousands of hours of continuing education, and being trained and mentored by some of the brightest minds in the dental field, I have been able to find the connections to whole body health as it relates to the mouth and airway. By blending traditional dental, and holistic philosophies, my hope is to help you find answers to health concerns that have been missed or mistreated in traditional medical and dental settings.

Elite Smiles is a great dental experience. They provided a back pillow, neck pillow, water and ibuprofen. The front desk welcomes you with a big smile and Dr Shreeve is both professional and warm.

I was visiting from out of country and developed tooth pain over the course of several days. The staff squeezed me in a week earlier than planned as the pain increased. I needed a tooth extraction, Dr. Blake Shreeve removed it quickly, gently, and most of all, it was painless. I had no out of country insurance coverage, and Elite Smiles worked out a great financial solution.

I rarely write reviews but Dr Shreeve & his entire staff truly deserve to be recognized for all they do. If I could rate them 10 stars I would! I'm one of those high anxiety dental patients and am beyond impressed with how patient, understanding and compassionate everybody is; not to mention Dr Shreeve is incredibly skilled and does impeccable work. The receptionist is also kind, welcoming & 100% on point. Awesome bunch of people, highly recommend :)

I have high dental anxiety and it's been years since I've had anything done and there has been no judgment! Tasha is amazing at answering my questions and trying to ease my mind. Dr Shreeve was amazing at explaining everything, he's gentle and working at my pace to get it all taken care of. 2 visits so far and happy with my care!

They were absolutely amazing! From the front desk, to the dental assistant, and Dr. Shreeve! I would 10/10 recommend! Side note I got a root canal and I'm leaving thrilled I found these guys!

To say Dr. Shreeve and his team changed my life may sound dramatic to some but he truly has. For about 10 years of my life I was missing a tooth and needing a veneer for a smaller tooth, I was extremely self-conscious of my smile. Prior to coming here I hadn't seen a dentist in years. He did my x-rays and went over my options for my dental plan. He showed me what was necessary and what was cosmetic. He didn't offer anything that wasn't necessary or to make more profit which he easily could have. Instead he was honest and didn't push me for a plan I wasn't comfortable with. Now after going to his office for a year I am finishing my plan for what is considered cosmetic work by MY CHOOSING. I walked out of his office in tears knowing that I had no cavities, better knowledge of my oral hygiene and now a full smile. I no longer have to look at my smile and wonder what I would look like with a full smile cause now I know and I love it and that's just with the temporary teeth. In a couple weeks I'll have my permanent smile and I can't wait! An added plus is that my 5 year old daughter asks to go to the dentist because she loves it here. Elite Smiles is the best! Oh yeah, thank my WONDERFUL husband for bringing me here. (You know who he is)

I need to preface this by saying I have absolutely horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. (As most people I'm sure) like I will break down like a small child. The whole staff at elite smiles is absolutely incredible! They went out of their way to make me comfortable! They even provided me a blanket because you know how cold the dentist office can be!! No tears were shed and no honestly just the slightest bit of anxiety at first but Dr. Blake and Tasha explained every step of the way and I was out of there in no time! I have another appointment in a few weeks and honestly I'm not even the slightest bit worried because I know I'm in great hands! I will absolutely never see any other dentist!

Dr. Shreeve and his staff are very kind and welcoming, however, I'm concerned with how aggressive his treatment plans are. In the 2 months that we were treated here, my husband and daughter each received an unnecessary filling and Dr. Shreeve said that my other daughter needed 5 - 8 filings, but we later had her checked by a pediatric dentist and he said she didn't need any fillings. I received an unnecessary crown, filling, and was scheduled for a tooth extraction when I decided to get another opinion. 2 different dentists and an oral surgeon confirmed that all of this was excessive and unnecessary and I was advised not to return to Dr. Shreeve's office. On top of that, he nicked a nerve when he was numbing me for my fillings. I now have paresthesia (lasting/permanent numbness) in my tongue. When I told Dr. Shreeve I was still numb, he explained what it was, that there was nothing he could do about it, and that he had only seen it happen 3 or 4 times in his career. When I was consulting a different dentist I was told that typical protocol would be to immediately send me to an Oral Surgeon to be examined to determine the extent of the damage and if anything needs to be done. Dr. Shreeve never told me I needed to see an Oral Surgeon, nor did he properly map out the extent of the numbness. I also found it a little alarming that one of the other dentists I consulted said they had never seen paresthesia in their career, and the other one said he had only seen it happen one time during a wisdom tooth surgery. This dentist also explained to me that Paresthesia from needle injuries, while it is a risk, is very rare. The fact that Dr. Shreeve has seen it 4 times in his career scares me.
