Dr. Dale Scharines patients are like his family. He has shared in many of their joys and sorrows and truly cares about them! He looks forward to helping patients improve and maintain their smiles throughout the years, and feels fortunate that they allow him to be a part of their lives.
Dr. Scharine received his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and received his Doctor of Dental surgery degree as a graduate of the Marquette School of Dentistry. He is in involved with many organizations including the ADA (American Dental Association) WDA (Wisconsin Dental Association) AGD (Academy of General Dentistry), and the AAOGP (American Academy of Orthodontics for General Practitioner)
Dr. Scharine thrives on learning and keeping up with the latest trends and therapies in dentistry. He is dedicated to providing the best care for his patients, and his commitment to continuing education makes it all possible.
When not at the practice creating smiles, Dr. Scharine enjoys spending time at home with family. He is married to wife Reene and has one daughter Melissa, sons Dan and Paul, a family dog named Princess, and four grandchildren. His family resides in Appleton, where hes been proud to call home for more than 30 years. Dr. Scharine enjoys jogging, hunting, swimming, and biking.
Dr. Alissa Edwards grew up in Green Bay. Upon graduation from a local high school, she attended Marquette University for undergraduate studies and continued her education there, graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2010. Dr. Edwards has been successfully practicing dentistry within the state since graduation and we are very pleased to have her providing patient care with Elite Smiles Dental.
Dr. Edwards is an active member in the ADA (American Dental Association) WDA (Wisconsin Dental Association) AGD (Academy of General Dentistry), and the Greater Green Bay Womens Dental Group. She also volunteers within the community at the Tri-County Dental Clinic.
Dr. Edwards strives to form relationships with her patients and exceed their needs and expectations. She is passionate about patient care. Her goal is to enhance her patients dental experiences with not only quality care and comfort, but also utilizing the most advanced dental technologies and materials available. She is very pleased to work amongst the youthful energy of her dental team that is fun loving and always has our patients comfort and care in the forefront of their minds. They share the same visions of a comfortable and compassionate dental experience.
Dr. Edwards resides in Appleton with her children andtheir pet pugs. Dr. Edwards feeds off the energy of liveliness of watching her children grow and learn. She enjoys photography, spending time in her kitchen experimenting with recipes, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Pflums commitment to continuing education is not only about fulfilling the minimal state requirements, but also about staying current with advances so that he can provide better care for his patients and their families.
