My husband had to have a bone graft. They contacted the insurance, but didn't explain this was a situation where the tooth was no longer there. Because of their incompetence in not giving all of the information to the insurance BEFORE the procedure, it is costing us over $1,000 instead of $300. I used to be a patient, but after being told that I needed to be numbed for a simple cleaning and that I needed work done on multiple teeth, I opted to leave. My new dentist found nothing concerning with ANY of my teeth at my first appointment and almost two years later, still have no concerns with any of my teeth. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dr. Culver would be so upset at what has happened to his practice since these people took over!

I hadn't been to a dentist in 3 years and then I visited Elite Dental. They have state-of-the art equipment - the hygienist spent an hour removing stains near my gumline, mostly with a water jet pen, I was very happy. I went back to have a cavity filled and was impressed with how great the staff and dentist work together.

All of sudden, one of my wisdom teeth was broken and I found Elite Family Dental of Brookfield through Google. Fortunately I was able to pull the tooth at the same day I contacted and heel very quickly. Dr. Chung and all staffs were amazingly nice and kind. Highly recommended!

Best Dentist (Dr. Culver) I've ever had. I'm a baby and he was very gentle. Gave 5 stars for him. Edit: It isn't the same since Dr. Culver left with some of the staff. I go here because my sister Jasmine is one of the assistants and she is wonderful. I hate needles and she holds my hand and make sure I breathe. She also does this for other's and not just me. But in the off chance she isn't there and I get stuck with Carmen, I never have a good experience. I have had her 3 times now and I have tried to give her a chance. First, she would bump her chair into my arm, and would hurt so bad. Never a sorry, just a laugh like its no big deal, and will keep doing it. She isn't gentle at all and pokes me with the suction, Pry's my mouth open and I hurt for days. She talks to me like I'm a 5 year old, and I'm 43 years old. She will tell me if you don't like it you can always go to your sister, numerous times when I am there. She also makes the room super cold, so not only is she making you miserable because of the pain, she makes you freeze to death. I also agree with it seeming like its all about the money and not the patients. Employee's don't get discounts and neither does the family of the employee. I have spent so much out of pocket money and receive no discounts, like I have at other places.

Recently I came in for a filling which was done previously by Dr Culver but Dr Chong said was too low. The area needed to be numbed and while doing the injections the back of my mouth and throat became filled with saliva. The assistant did not suction the area and when I waved my hand for him to stop Dr Chong told me to hold on because he was almost done. By time he finished i sat straight up and was visibly shaking and gasping for air. Neither the Dr or the assistant said a single word to me. In fact they both stepped behind me where I couldn't see them. Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist! Very unprofessional. Also, I don't appreciate hearing the staff talk negatively about Dr Culver. Unprofessional as well. And this assistant needs to not cut the dr off mid sentence and talk over him. This assistant also forced the suctioning instrument into my gums leaving me with a cut that turned into a sore. I also had cracks in both corners of my mouth from her pulling. It took weeks to heal those 3 areas. I have never had this much trouble with any dental office before!

When I suddenly had pain in a tooth and realized my dental insurance plan had changed, I wasn't sure where to go. My son recommended Elite Family Dental, and they took care of my painful tooth that very day! My pain was more complicated than a simple cavity, and the doctor was able to diagnose and treat the problem at once! From the receptionist to the dentist, the entire staff was caring and helpful!

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I felt as if I've known everyone for a while already. The facility is clean and bright and Dr. Chong was very kind and gentle with my mouth. Highly recommend this place!! Love it here!!

I called for a pretty invasive emergency situation and everyone from reception to Dr. Chong and his incredible assistant Jasmine have been wonderful, gentle and kind. I would recommend them hands down. Dental work gives me serious panic attacks...and they have been nothing short of amazing in keeping me calm and not judging me for having not been to the dentist for 10 years. I love them and am SO THRILLED to finally find a new dentist I can trust, that does EXCELLENT work.

The staff were nice and they were comforting when I was in a lot of pain. It didn't seem like they really wanted to help, though. They referred me to an oral surgeon to get three wisdom teeth removed who couldn't seem me for over a month when I was in excruciating pain. They wouldn't give me anything for the pain either. They just said I could get in quickly when that turned out to be a lie. I ended up going to another dentist who identified that it was just one specific wisdom tooth causing the pain. They removed it and I am feeling 10x better the next day. Would recommend looking elsewhere before choosing Elite Family Dental for addressing tooth pain.
