Staff were very welcoming and flexible with me. I unknowingly came in two hours earlier than scheduled, however staff got me in and out. Theybwere professional and informative from start to finish.

UPDATED 10/2022: I had an appointment at a new dentist this month. He told me that the bonding work that I had done previously was the worst he has ever seen. Totally discolored and uneven. He will work with me to completely take off the "bonding" that was placed and place new bonding on correctly. The office couldn't believe what I was charged for this work and are charging me 10% of what I was charged here. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Original review: Like others have said...beware of this place! I had visited Dr Suher's office years ago for some bonding work and had a great experience. I had a crack in my bonding so visited this new office a few months ago. After the procedure started, one of the front desk girls came in and told me they checked with my insurance and they would not cover this service and I would have to pay out of pocket. The amount was over $800 which is extremely high to me. I reluctantly agreed. The procedure was unfortunately done incorrectly and I had to return (which is a whole other issue in itself). Months later I am getting a bill for my insurance deductible?!? Not only was I told that my insurance would not be billed for this service but also that the price quoted was the full amount I would have to pay. They said NOTHING about sending anything off to my insurance as they said it would be out of pocket. And to add insult, I have honestly never had worse looking bonding in my life! I only wish I would have read these reviews before I went to this office. There are so many other places which I'm sure are great (and way less expensive)!!

I started going to this office a few years ago when my previous dentist retired. They spend a lot of time with you and make your appointments very personalized. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Please note that last I checked, they did not accept state/Medicaid dental plans.

Would not honor the work of the previous owner, even though it had been less than two months since the work was done and the place sold. Always check your billing with these people.

I love everyone at Elite from the staff to the Dentists and Hygienist's! All are very nice and professional, listen, take into consideration financial concerns and anything I've brought up. I'm so glad I go there! They're there to help, not rip you off like other dental practices I've experienced in my past.

The dentist drilled so far through my tooth (during a root camel). I was in the ICU for 3 days. The dentist took the infection from mu mouth and drilled so far, he put it in my throat. My throat was closing up so bad, I couldn't breathe. AND no we can't sue him for endangering my life cause he's ONLY a dentist, not an oral surgeon (PA law)

I wish I could give them zero stars. They behaved despicably toward me...a loyal, paying patient. I went to Dr Suher for 42 years. Now it's called Elite Dentistry with new staff. I had an appt for 2pm and arrived at 2:14 (traffic) and they refused to see me!! Just to get my teeth cleaned. The Hygienist didn't have another appt until 4pm. My cleanings are usually 30 min. There was no one else in the whole place & parking lot nearly empty. I miss Dr Suher & his fabulous team. This place has no integrity. Now I am looking for another dentist, needless to say...

Been a client for years when it was Suher Dentistry. I've stayed in under Elite Dentistry and there's no comparison. Do not choose this place to take care of your teeth. They are unprofessional, and extremely overwhelmed. 1 dentist so your wait times have doubled. Can't make appointments because they have too much clients and not enough staff. Gonna find another dentist after a decade of coming here.... Bums

The staff is so nice and professional each and every time I go there. Never a long wait to be seen! The technicians are always gentle and very knowledgeable of what they need to do to guarantee a great smile. I just love this establishment and staff!

I had work completed here and as a prior patient of the previous dentist, I encourage you to do your research before allowing much more than a cleaning to take place. A bad crown (I had to return several times during the time I had the temporary and as well as the permanent) I was told that the crown couldn't be corrected and if I wasn't satisfied I should go have another dentist correct it. I was also talked into during the same visit unnecessary filling replacements that led to a need for a root canal and another crown plus now another filling replacement that wasn't filled completely needs redone but I have to wait a year before insurance will allow it to be correctly completed. The hygienists that do the cleaning are great and the front office staff are supportive but this was an expensive experience I hope to spare someone else.

Update: now i get the bad reviews. My permanent crown looks nothing like my original tooth or surrounding teeth. Fits and feels odd. And, a month after I get a surprise bill for $500. Avoid this place. I don't understand the recent bad reviews. I came here for help, not nostalgia. I've been here twice. The first was a cleaning and exam. It was the most thorough I've ever been through. The second was for a root canal. The staff was quick and professional each time. The temporary crown I received was already so well done that I couldn't tell the difference from the original. Dr. Jung was extremely caring and patient. The only negative was the out of pocket costs that were a surprise at the end of the visit. But, it's still a small price to pay to know that your mouth is fixed correctly.

Lost their best dentists when they were bought out. The business sent a bill to collections after being late a few days.. which happens when you mail a bill. A shame, as they were a place I used to push of friends and family.

This is a wonderful practice. The hygienists are kind and patient - both with adults and children. My 3 and 6 year old love going to the dentist because of the care they receive here. They are thorough and take the time to explain things to adults (and children)! Highly recommend!

If I could give this place a huge negative 10, that is what I would do. I feel they are the biggest ripoff. Dr Suher was always up front with his charges. Elite Dentistry IS NOT. I put the charges at the time on my care credit card and STILL get an additional bill in the mail. Stay away and go elsewhere, or you could be their next victim. Extremely upset with this ripoff of a business.

Great service and wonderful staff! Been going to this practice for 4 years now. Was hard to get in but worth the wait! Update: It has changed ownership now but still a great practice!
