Dr. Davis graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1996. After graduation, Dr. Davis became a part-time associate with a practice in the Birmingham area. In May of 2000, he opened his private practice located in Chelsea.
Dr. Jaime Kim is an Atlanta native and graduated from Emory University with a degree in Biology, Anthropology, and Global Health. She continued her studies at UCSF School of Dentistry, receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. To further broaden her skills in advanced dental procedures, she went on to complete a residency at the Veterans Affairs in Augusta, GA, focusing on comprehensive patient care with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and implant placement and restoration. Dr. Jaime Kim loves dentistry and being able to help her patients achieve their goals.
Dr. Jaime Kim and her husband reside in Birmingham with their German shepherd. They are active within the Cahaba Medical community and are members of Christ Fellowship Church. They enjoy board games, healthy cooking and baking, yoga, and hiking.
I was born and raised in Talladega county and currently live in Chelsea. I have been with Elite Dentistry since 2005 when I graduated from The Career Training Institute as a dental assistant. I am also a registered dental hygienist but prefer being chair side as Dr. Daviss assistant. I love forming relationships with all of our patients and consider them friends. In my spare time you can find me reading or cuddling with my dog Finn and my cat Gatsby.
I was born and raised in the small town of Alexandria, Alabama and currently live in Vestavia Hills. I have had the pleasure of working for Elite Dentistry since November of 2020, after graduating from C.A.P Stone Dental Assisting Program. In life, you always find me setting goals for myself. One of my current goals is becoming a hygienist.
I grew up in Wilsonville, Alabama and just bought my house in the Chelsea area in 2019. I joined the Elite Team in June 2020 and have enjoyed getting to know our patients and help them achieve their ideal smile!
I am originally from Holyoke, Massachusetts but have lived in the Chelsea area for the past 17 years. I currently serve as the marketing coordinator for Elite Dentistry. I joined the Elite team in 2013 after completing dental assisting school. I have had several roles while working here but absolutely love serving as the marketing coordinator. I enjoy coordinating fun activities with our patients and staff and developing relationships with the Chelsea community. Outside of work, I love to cook, visit farmers markets, attend outdoor concerts and spend time with my husband, John, my daughter, Ava, my son, Jacob and my dog, Boston.
I am from the Birmingham area and currently reside in Helena, AL. I received my AAS in Dental Hygiene from Fortis College where I was also the recipient of the 2017 Clinical Excellence Award. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my two boys cheering them on in soccer and track and field!
I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Alabama and currently live in Calera, AL. I have been working in the dental field for over 3 years, starting out as a dental assistant. I transitioned to front office when I joined the Elite Dentistry team in March of 2020. I enjoy greeting and communicating with our patients and ensuring their dental needs are met.
I am originally from West Virginia and moved to Alabama in 2012. I spent many years in disaster services and the medical field, before joining the Elite team in May 2020. I enjoy meeting each patient that walks through the door and the fun stories we share. In my time outside of work, I love traveling, being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. My husband, Mike, and I have three children, Derrick, Brady and Cadelyn.

Great staff!! Very relaxed visit to have crown and dental work done! I have never felt at ease like I was here today. Glad I found this dentist and staff Dr. Ashcroft. Worked me in quickly and very easy to have my issue fixed without lots of pain as in past dentist. Highly recommend.

I know every one dreads going to the dentist, but Elite is absolutely incredible. The front desk workers as super nice and very personable. They get you checked in and make you feel comfortable. They have an arcade area for my son to entertain himself while I'm in the back. My hygienist, Ashley, is beyond amazing. I don't think I have laughed so hard in my life. I am truly looking forward to my next 6 months visit.

Today was my second visit to Elite Dentistry. Today was for a procedure. Ashleigh was my hygienist and she was so accommodating and friendly. She and Dr. Davis made sure I was comfortable the entire time and that I was aware of what they were doing before it was started. The front desk staff is very nice.

What can you say about a fine tuned machine? Elite Dentistry is more than that. It's not only an aesthetically beautiful office, with all the modern equipment you could imagine, but Dr. Davis and his staff are amazing. They are very caring. Not only about your mouth, but about you and your family. Clean beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff, and the best dentist that I have ever been to. EVER. Most of my family goes there now, and they are also about to get some more of my family that just came from out of state. Trust me you won't be disappointed!
