This place is beautiful and so are the people working there. The dentist was very knowledgeable about my issues and was very clear on my options. I was so comfortable I fell asleep in the chair! I actually look forward to going back to begin the process of getting my teeth healthy.

I hate going to the dentist. It terrifies me. Dr. Pavliqoti was fantastic. He was completely nonjudgmental when I told him how long it's been since I've been to the dentist instead he assured me that regardless of where I was at he would get me where I need to be. He also had a great sense of humor and indulged me in my jokes which made me feel even more at ease. Not to mention the chairs actually massage! Will be returning!

I visited Elite Dentistry to have my teeth cleaned by Melissa and I must say, she is the best dental hygienist I have ever come across. Melissa and the rest of the staff were so kind and considerate in every way. This is the best dental service experience I'v ever had in my life! I absolutely loved my experience. I would give 10 stars if I could. Truly, Melissa is the best! God bless them.

Dr. Pavliqoti was very professional, with a kind bedside manner. He explained things thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I was quite impressed with the detail and results of fixing one of my teeth. Would highly recommend!

Excellent job done by Dr.Butriy Couldn't be more happy with care and quality doctor and his stuff offered. Highly recommend this office. When you return to your doctor for major dental work it speaks for itself.

The dental Hygienist cleaned my teeth perfectly with a manual scaler like I prefer over ultrasonic except the Dentist was a bit harsh when examining my teeth after X Rays

From the reception desk, to Melissa, the dental hygienist to Dr Pavliqoti, they are an amazing team! I just had quite a lot of dental done. They were kind, friendly, and respectful, making sure that I was comfortable. Just an overall great experience.

I am very disappointed with how I was treated today. I was turned away for $77. I had services done and I found out today after speaking with the lady at the front desk that my insurance didn't cover the entire bill. I go to the restroom and when I cme back I was called to the counter and the lady told me I had a balance, I was confused because I've been going there for 5 years and never owed anything. They lady claimed they sent me letters in the mail which I never received. Instead of being understanding she just kept telling well we sent you letters, 8 letters. I told her again, I didn't receive anything. She goes on to state you were here in March and you had a balance then...so I said we'll why didn't anyone tell me about it then when I was in person? If you're telling me you sent 8 letters about my bill and when I came in in March I still had a balance, you don't think someone should have said by the way you have a balance would you like to take care of that today? This could've been handled then! No one did that, yet they scheduled for my next cleaning in 6 months which was today. Again the lady was not sympathetic at all and didn't say well we will see you today since you're already here, but before we can make another appointment you'll have to pay your balance. Sad part is they called me yesterday to verify that I was coming in for my appointment today (another missed opportunity) and yet again no one said ma'am you have a balance, would you be able to handle this when you come in tomorrow? I am not quite sure I will be a patient at Elite dentistry anymore since they were very unprofessional. It's bad enough that there is a language barrier but then to be turned away after driving 30 minutes is absurd!!

I had a crown and I paid with a credit card. So, my bill for the dentistry should be zero. When I asked for a receipt that had a zero balance I am told they could not provide me with a receipt with a zero balance. There is something FISHY with this kind of billing. I am filling with the Better Business Bureau.,

I was unbearably pain and was told I have a gum infection and inflammation from a service done by my orthodontist. I was prescribed a oral rinse and a day later I'm feeling so much relief! Elite has been my primary dentist for years now and will continue to be the service is exceptional!
