I had a toothache that was really stressing me out. I couldn't eat or sleep and really needed help. I called them and they had room for a same day appointment All staff were really nice and welcoming. Clean facility and they give you free tooth brushes and toothpaste.

If I could give no starts I would! This place is highly unprofessional! We waited three hours, after being scheduled for a 9am appointment. Only one dentist in the office, who lets that be known. Front desk people are total oblivious to what's going on, with horrible attitudes. This was my third time here only to be referred somewhere else. Don't go here if you value your time and dental health.

The dentist was extremely gentle and made my procedure a breeze. I was anxious for nothing. Still can't believe how gentle the dentist was! On another visit i was on time for my appointment after going to the back I was not seen for 2 hours. This place is too busy for 1 dentist. They need to do better with the scheduling. My appointment was at 1:30 not seen until 4:30. Yes the dentist is gentle.

The wait!! The wait!! The wait!! It's so slow in here omg, as soon as you come on time.. Still haven't been seen yet been here for three hours... Then had the nerve to send me home due to me allegedly needing a "deep cleaning" which they could have did it! All that time I was waiting as if I don't have a life this is crazy! Never returning here

Elite Dentist 52nd Parkside ELITE DENTAL Staff was very professional and accommodating, from the moment you enter the clinic until you leave. The Dr. undoubtedly highly skilled and showed good patient care by explaining every detail of the procedure that I underwent as well as post-op care and follow up. I had a very pleasant experience so I am highly recommending the whole dental team. If only I can give more than 5 stars. They are a perfect ten!

This place is a disgrace. I was seen there today. After being called to the back I sat n the dentist chair for 35 minutes. When the dentist finally came he was rushing through my cleaning like he was late for something with no care or sensitivity. While doing the scraping of my teeth he was moving so fast and vigorously that he wasn't paying attention to the water filling up n my mouth and had to grunt and tap him on the arm to be allowed to use the suction device. When he started doing the bushing he just sped through it with no care or concern. Before he even took the cleaning device out of my mouth his assistant had the cup of mouthwash in my face as they were rushing out of the chair and asking me to sign a form. It was if they were factory workers working on an assembly line. The problem is we allow people from outside the black community to come into the community and conduct business in a very disrespectful manner. What's even more problematic for me is that his assistant was a black woman who was assisting him in treating me this way. It's my own fault because I have previously experienced the low level of care and sensitivity to the patient at this location and I always say I'm never going back. Now look at me. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice though.

I made an appointment on- line and I put in my dental insurance (Aetna) and it was accepted and the website indicated my insurance was taken. When I went in I was told they no longer accept my insurance. That felt like a bait and switch situation, since I made an emergency appointment. Please update your website.

The dentist and staff are phenomenal they cater to the needs and well being of all the patients I totally love this place I'd recommend them to anyone.

Run you will wait atleast a hour and half to be seen! Dont make plans afterwards.They have 1 dentist it should be against the law. He is extremely overworked. The staff isn't the problem they are polite and patient, the company is a disgrace!!

They did a great job on my teeth we waited a little minute to get seen but that's only because there is one doctor there but he tries his best to move fast the staff is amazing and works fast to get everyone in and out thank you for taking care of me and my husband yesterday

The place is cool very nice people I been going here for a long time the wait use to be fast now it's a long wait you might get an attitude so if u don't want to wait long then don't go by the way it's one dentist in the building and it's been one dentist since the late time I went was 6 months ago and I went today and still the same thing

Horrible, waited over one and half hour. My appointment was at 12noon. Walked out at 1:35. Still no dentist. Get less than one star.

I will never go Back there again the doctor is very rude and ignorant The staff was pleasantIs only one doctor there for children and Adult was sitting there for about an hour and a half before I got seen Had gotten my tooth pulled out to found out later that day that i still have a piece of my tooth in my mouth because the doctor didnt removed the whole tooth
