Listen I ain't even tryna complain but yall communication line is terrible..I see alot of complaints about that too. That's sad. Smh ppl up front seem ok but the dentist and assistant dentist ...man yall are something else..the dude in there always has a nasty looking attitude and for someone who is suppose to be professional mmmm...my 10 yr old daughter who went in today needed to get numb..she's super scared of needles..instead of the dentist lady being understanding and being use to that she could have made her feel comfortable and talked to her...that's what she is trained in..but no she gets up with an attitude and walks out..smh..we good..this is why we stay with the willow pediatric density...

This time that I went here everything went by fine but I am giving this a 4 star because I wish they have a stable staff. Like the team they have now is excellent but a new team might be there the next time I go and I don't like that.

I feel as though my experience is the same as every other 1 star review. 1. Never answer phones. 2. Some staff are kind, there is one out front gal who is just down right rude. 3. Not enough help. 4. I got HAND FOOT MOUTH from here and when I tried to contact them about the outbreak they DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONES!!! 5. Misleading on information and vague with responses. Please do not use them.

Never answer phone...OR call back from a voice-mail left there...still have a temporary cap 6 weeks later because they haven't contacted me or returned my calls. I am going to DRIVE THERE just to see what is going on...ridiculous!

The only reason I have one star on there is because the receptionist was so very nice. The rest of the experience was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The doctor and the male nurse were unbelievably rude. I had a stillborn baby 2 years ago and am currently pregnant and felt uncomfortable with x-rays. The doctor actually made me feel bad about not getting x-rays, stuck a finger in my mouth and said that was all she could do without x-rays. I left in tears. Don't ever go here!!!!!!! Save yourself and your children the headache. Horrible.

Yesterday, September 29, 2022, I went to an emergency appointment and they offered me a cleaning, the doctor who attended me, the experience with her was horrible, she hurt my gums and treated me badly. After I got hurt, he didn't show his face again. I only have a complaint about that doctor because the other staff are very good. that doctor should not be there working or anywhere else.

I would have to say I'm impressed with this dentist since moving from another state they really understand what problems I am going through with my teeth and they recommended a couple of dentists that I can get oral surgery done then after that get partials put so I can smile again and show my teeth and they don't over charge because of the insurance I have.

Everyone was very very nice! EXCEPT FOR THE DENTIST. Not sure if there's more than one but, she was the dentist there today. VERY rude. Questions were asked. She either gave a rude condescending remark, or just didn't answer. Just gave us a referral, WHICH IS FINE. But wouldn't answer any questions we had prior. Every other staff member is 5/5. This 1/5 is for the female dentist who was on duty today. OH, and apparently they don't fill cavities. Well, at least that's what they told us? I've NEVER been to a dentist that didn't fill cavities. Ridiculous.

I went in to Elite dental to get a tooth extracted my dentist was not only patient but made sure I didn't have no discomfort took only three minutes to get it out the whole thing came out no problem she was great I recommend elite for myself and family
