I needed an appointment and they seen me right away. They are good for an appointment. Only reason I don't give five star is because the wait time is typically long. Other than that. It's clean. Staff is always professional and nice. I appreciate this place.

Really like my new dentist Sammy(hope that's the right spelling). Had an exam , cleaning and some bonding done. Appointment was for 9:30, they were prompt and I was home at 10:30.

The dentist was very thorough, did a great job and hopefully the filling works on #31. It's been a challenge. The receptionist need to be a little more organized. I came in for my appointment and the girl at the desk said did you respond to the text message. I did and I was in for an appt on Sept 13th. @ 9:00 AM and I wasn't on the schedule. I have the appt card and I did say YES to the text.

Come in with bad tooth pain as a walk-in. Usually they only do walkins at 9 but I went in a little later but they still made time to take me in. They fixed the problem with my tooth

they are great just need more doctors they are very slow the wait time is between 2-3and half hours just to go to the back for 15 mins if the wait wasn't so long i would give them a four

unpunctual, inexperienced doctors, I waited too long on the stretcher, they couldn't find the tools I needed, the doctors have very bad service, and I didn't like the result!

Took so long to call me , a hour and an half once finally called I am currently pregnant and they needed my clearances sent over which they should of been told me I could of been trying to get in contact with penn medicine while sitting waiting to be called, sat in the back and didn't get seen for another hour and a half maybe longer to the point I just left and didn't get seen. Horrible experience and was very disappointed! I hope they didn't make it seem like I gotten seen there by a doctor to my insurance

5 for the dentist and dental assistant, they were great. However, I have to give it a low rating because the wait time was the worst and the front office staff were loud and unprofessional.
