Had two dental implants done here for a fixed price. One of the implants failed to attach to the bone, but Dr. Dixon fixed the issue and installed a new "post." I am over a year out from the final fitting of the crowns and I haven't had any issues. The staff and doctor were always very nice. Thanks Elite Dental Group!

Terrible terrible terrible & Hood! Very unprofessional 1st time was my last time Doctor answered his personal phone while examining my teeth and his assistant asked him why is he in room because he could be doing something else. Then another patient walks in room and start a full conversation with the doctor. Very unprofessional and i didn't make a next appointment

Great staff and office. I needed a deep cleaning but needed to fix old cavities. Had some issues with pain and dr Dixon staff did not hesitate to assist me with meds until I could be seen again. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. If your dealing with expensive dentist offices. Give them a call

Please do not go to Dr. Dixon He is incompetent i had a crown done and the work was horrible he had to refund me some of my money because he didn't have what he needed to finish the job stay away.

The dental office is a convenient location, and the receptionist are nice and laid back, and the dentist himself is nice, HOWEVER the dental assistant needs more practice in his field! He doesn't practice the best sanitation, wearing the same gloves after touching stuff and stuffing them in his pocket! That is disgusting and we're in a pandemic and you're working inside ppl mouths! He doesn't seem to know what he's doing, I went to get fill ins done and he was just all over the place dropping stuff and everything, I basically had to help the dentist myself !! Not trying to be rude but he may need to go back to school and get a refresher, because that is unacceptable, and for that reason alone, I haven't returned to the office. Again the overall staff is nice, including him the DA, but he needs more practice in the field.

A nightmare, I stayed there 3 hours to be told I couldn't get my teeth cleaned what I scheduled me and my daughters appointment for. All Dr.Dixon wanted to do was run X-rays and reschedule me an appointment. I will be reporting him and his practice to the board. And contacting my insurance company as well. This is fraudulent and malpractice.

I had an appointment at 2:00 on Thursday I got there at 1:35 a lady came to the front got a piece of paper from the lobby and didn't say anything didn't speak didn't say someone will be with you or anything so me and my husband sitting in the lobby for another 15 minutes and a man stuck his head in the lobby from outside that looked like he worked there and nodded his head and went on down the sidewalk about another 10 minutes passes and I'm saying hello hello no one came to the front while I'm trying to get someone to come to the front here comes the same man that stuck his head in the door came in and walked behind the desk and asked could he help me I told him yes cancel my appointment and he said well I can't make any excuses but I'll cancel the appointment smdh I will never go to elite dental on hwy 85 riverdale ga only reason I gave them 1 star because they don't have 0 negative stars

This place charges for 2 whole exams before a cleaning and doesnt even mention it to you. So when you book an appt 3 months out only to get there to find out your insurance doesn't cover it you start to wonder why..... I've never heard of such nonsense. An appt to look at teeth and an appt to see how dirty teeth are? Is this even ethical?

If you want to get scammed, go to this place. If you don't want to get your service done ever, want to be mistreated for unprofessional staff that know nothing about what they are doing, and wait At least two hours every time you go just to start whatever service they do over there that I don't know what it is, and if you want to wait months and months for something you could have in a week in any other place in the market, this is the right place. I had an implant made with them, it took an eternity to finish it and when They Did, they made a mistake and I had to come back for a whole new eternity trying to fix it. In between of that I suffered of pain and multiple losses. You lose your time, they hurt you and you have no guarantee they'll delivery what you paid for. I sure don't recommend this place.

Dr. Dixon is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very professional, caring and does the most amazing work. He is truly touched by The Most High. His dental practice is a great family dentist his staff is very helpful and they go above and beyond to provide all of your dental needs. You are greeted by Mrs. Dixon who makes sure you are comfortable and all of your paperwork is as it should be. Elite Dental is a blessing to my community they do a fantastic job with patients of all ages and backgrounds. My small children live coming to the dentist now! I have a new smile that turned my whole world around. I love my dentist

Whew, where do I began! For starters, compared to other dental offices; I was definitely overcharged for services. Part of what I paid for was a treatment plan. After my appointment, the dentist told me he would email the plan which I never received. Almost 3 weeks later which was yesterday, I was told he would email the plan. He did not, I called today and the receptionist seemed annoyed and stated that she told him yesterday??? What??? Frustrated at how this simple task hasn't been completed! No reason or excuse why I shouldn't have what I already paid for by now!
