I didn't know that, such wonderful people were still around.From the receptionist to the assistants and the Dentist was just wonderful.I would recommend Elite Dental at Chelten Ave to everyone.Good service.Thanks for such a good job

The staff was very professional assisting me with my new insurance carrier. However I arrived for my appointment a few mins early I was not seen until 2. 5 hours after my arrival time. I just suggest that they shouldn't book so many appointments. If you have wait that long. I felt like I was a walk in appointment. The doctor did apologize for keeping waiting.

The staff was great! I had to bring my two year-old with me who began to cry during my cleaning. The techs/assistants all helped keep him calm and occupied with toys and a snack. Great people and great customer service!

My visit on Thursday December 9, 2021 wasn't the best,I feel the staff could've been more welcoming.They were rude &dismissive,the people at the front desk always comes off like they have attitudes,as if you're bothering them or something especially the one when you first walk in the one sitting in the center of the front desk &this isn't the first time she has done this.It always feels like they're talking at you instead of talking to you with common courtesy &respect.Even the Dentist was a little rude dismissive.This is most likely my last time visiting this Dentist office.Hopefully they will hire better Staff that treat the patients with respect.This took place at the 61 W. Chelten Avenue Location.I Wouldn't recommend.

All I wanted done was teeth cleaning! My appointment was 11:30am I finally sat in back 11:55am! Then young man ask me why I'm there I told him for teeth cleaning. He starts taking x-rays literally at 12:00pm! after he was done doing x-rays he left didn't say anything just left! I sat in chair from 11:55am to 12:30pm in still didn't get my teeth cleaned! It's more but I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE EVER I ALWAYS HAVE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE! BY THE WAY I WALKED OUT 12:30PM THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL EMAIL NUFFIN BUT 8/30/2022 9AM SENDS ME A SURVEY SMH.

Great experience, clean and professional. They even let me pick a toy
