Dr. Julie Koch-Womer grew up just outside of Worthington, Iowa. She attended Loras College for Biology. She then earned her doctor of dental surgery degree in 2001 from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry in Iowa City. During her time at the University of Iowa, she also practiced in a pediatric dental clinic in Cedar Rapids at St. Lukes Hospital under the leadership of Dr. Rhys Jones and gained experience in nursing home dental care under the leadership of Dr. Cowen. She opened Elite Dental in 2003.
Dr. Julie and her team are committed to providing high quality dental care to our patients. She attends many continuing education courses to stay on top of the best treatment options and is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dubuque Dental Society, Iowa Dental Association, American Dental Association, and has presented and participated in many Implant Study Club meetings.

I recently started my Invisalign treatment at Elite Dental. The staff has been very knowledgeable, informative and fun! I am excited to see the transformation that Invisalign will give me! I highly recommend this place. Great Doctor and great staff!

My family has been seeing Dr. Julie for years. First, the office is beautiful and immaculately clean with all the modernized equipment. Her staff is 2nd to none, they're all so professional and compassionate in their work. I'll give a shout out to Emily today, although they're all great, Emily is so gentle it was the most pleasant experience I've had at a dentist appointment. We chatted about life and the challenges of being a parent at times. I don't know, I just left there today feeling better than when I came in and that's important. So look no further, if you're in the area of Dyersville Iowa, this is the dentist office for you!!

Professional, friendly atmosphere, with a knowledgeable staff. My lifelong fear of dentists and their tools made every dentist visit nerve-racking until I started going to Elite Dental. We had a great experience with Dr. Julie and ALL the staff at Elite Dental! It had been quite a few years since myself and my boys had been to a dentist so we knew we'd have some issues. Everyone at Elite were friendly and respectful and they never left us feeling embarrassed or ashamed for not keeping up with our dental health. They explained everything professionally and we didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. We would definitely recommend them to anyone...first time patients or someone looking for a change in providers. 5+ stars all the way!

Dr Julie is VERY thorough. She does exceptionally good dental work. The staff are held to such high standards that there are no men! My wife and I switched to her two years ago and are quite pleased.
