I have understood all procedures with Dr and staff explaining I'm called for cancellations if I'm scheduled for anything. I have text reminders for upcoming appointments and a call. This is especially important for me for iam a Traumatic Brain injury survivors

They are very friendly and courteous. Besides all the construction work outside there establishment it is clean and they have hand sanitizer available in the sitting area. I've been going here since 2014 and I will not go to any other dentist. Thank you all for what you do and providing me with the best care possible.

The staff is great but I don't like how I keep getting Reschedule for the 3 time in a row when my tooth is getting worse. But yet if I Rescheduled 3 times I be out of the office. I understand things happen but for a month in a half I keep getting Reschedule.

The ladies up front are always cheerful and very pleasant. Dentist always makes sure I'm comfortable. He works very quickly and accurately. He always answers any questions I may have. I highly recommend Elite Dental to anyone. I was so pleased, I made my husband an appointment as well.

So, the staff are generally awesome. I have no complaints about the staff whatsoever. I do however have an issue with the dentist. I have HIGH trauma history with dentists. I have told him, and the staff themselves MULTIPLE times that I do not like getting dental work and I have a history of trauma related to dentistry. With this being said, I had an appointment where I had FIVE root canals done in one sitting, of which I was informed that I would be getting them done but not how many. I went home with pain medication, and antibiotics after. The morning after I woke up in pain, and went to the ER, I found out that all of my teeth had gotten infected and that if i didn't go to the ER that morning I would have been dead. I spent 6 hours at the ER for them to pump me full of saline, antibiotics, and morphine just to be able to sleep even for five mins. I then waited a few weeks and went in for the caps. The caps were too big for my mouth, and now on top of that, I have a gap in my teeth because they pushed so hard into each other that they caused a gap. Not to mention the nerve pain I have from the roots being partially taken out.. I then went in for a cleaning, and they recommended ANOTHER round of root canals, four to be exact. NO THANK YOU. I have also gone through extractions STILL FEELING THE TOOTH BEING PULLED, because they wouldn't use more novacaine on me, so with literal tears I have had more teeth pulled there than I have anywhere else.. I will let my teeth rot in my head before I go through that again. They have also taken my husband in and pulled some teeth from him, not completely numb. They are great for cleaning, not so much for extractions or caps. I feel like the dentist is in it more for the money than anything else. I will let my teeth rot til I can get what I need done. Infections or not.
