I have never posted a review before. But I feel like I have to warn others especially because we're coming into the worst season of the year. I've been to this dentist 3 times. Out of the three times that I've been there I have caught Covid twice. The first time that I went I didn't wanna assume that I caught Covid from them, even though I was feeling unwell literally the very next day. Now I just went to get three fillings on Wednesday and on Thursday I felt horrible. They don't require a mask only the staff wear a mask. They don't have any purifiers anything to clean the air even though we are still in Covid they are not following CDC guidelines. So at all cost avoid this place, if you want to catch Covid then by all means continue to go there by your own free will but I've caught Covid two times. Covid has been around for almost 3 years and I have never caught Covid until I started going to this dentist. Someone else in the comments mention that they caught Covid but because it was only one person I decided to listen to all the other good reviews now I should've listened even though it was only one person because now this is two times and outside of Covid you have to wait like four hours before your seen which is horrible. If you're not staffed fully in the back then you should not be scheduling all of these appointments because people lives do not revolve around the dentist or appointments people have other things to do and the fact that you're coming to this dentist and you have to wait 3+ hours it's ridiculous AVOID AT ALL COST

I got 2 fillings and my experience was great. The dentist did a great job at administering the numbing medication with the needle, and I barley felt a thing. My teeth felt great after the fillings.

The staff is professional and nice. My dentist was very professional, courteous, and gentle. She is the best dentist that I have ever had take care of my teeth, in my 50 years. Thank you Elite Dental on McDade Blvd.

Elite Dental has a very professional and helpful staff to serve you. My experience was very positive, and the staff is very helpful when I needed help and understanding about my dental needs. I had been here back in 2020 and they were very helpful then. I was not able to come back for a couple of years because I didn't have any insurance. I would highly recommend Elite Dental for all of you and your family's dental needs. You will be glad that you went there and you will know that you and your family's dental concerns are well taken care of in the hands of professionals. The wait was kinda long however I was very Entertained on the wait because someone was arguing on the phone I guess in the break room lol but Everyone was nice and that's what matters most to me the doctor was nice and once I got looked at it went fast so I'll be coming back

I made it to the back but decided to leave before my appointment began. Everyone seemed to have a bad attitude and I could tell there was tension amongst staff when I was escorted to the back, which no one tried to at least hide in front of me. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived at 11:10am. Although late, I wasn't taken to the back until around 11:50am and still had been sitting in the dental chair at 12:15pm waiting for someone. I do not recommend, I did not feel welcomed and received.

I must start by saying that I probably just at three reviews my entire life online. I just feel that I need to let people know about my experience. First let me start off by saying I went to school for Dental Assistance. When I go to the dentist I don't announce that because I like to see how I'm treated. I walked into this office because I got mixed reviews from people and I wanted to see for myself. It started off nice they took me right back. I got to the back I sat there for about an hour and assistant came back and x-rayed me. I figured the dentist would be in shortly as I sat in the back chair and waited. I waited an hour 45 minutes in the back chair waiting for the dentist. She then comes in tells me to open my mouth looks at my teeth for all but 60 seconds maybe. Then she states I need four fillings and four route canals. But that I need to come back. Then says I can leave, doesn't clean my teeth or anything. Now let me say this I have no pain in my teeth, nothing. Maybe I could use one filling in the back. I'm going for a second opinion. This office is new and it's clear to me she's all about money. There is no way I need four route canals. Absolutely trash. I will not go back.

After arriving 30 minutes late, I was told I had to reschedule. When I explained how far I had come and the urgency of my child's appointment, to my surprise an exception was made. We could not have received kinder, more attentive, and detailed service anywhere else. I have chosen to make this location our primary choice. A special thanks to my new cousin!
