This Dentist and his staff were very helpful, the were understanding and everyone I interacted with was pleasant, kind and went out of their way to make me and others comfortable. Making sure to explain any and every question I asked. I hope to continue enjoying their services for many years.

It was Dtr's Bday! Hardworking man & crew. Friendly, fast. They always send reminders. I'm from Wolf Point & I don't mind going to Billings.

My dentist was way cool ,his assistants were very polite and good sense of humor through out the whole establishment. I appreciate that Mandy made sure my impressions for my dentures was perfect before I left and very thorough job done . So far very pleased.

The ladies there were absolutely wonderful. They got me in quickly and were extremely helpful in remedying my dental issue. Even have Wi-Fi for my kids entertainment while I was being seen. Overall great experience .

Couldn't get my adult son in anywhere, he had given up figured he'd just be in pain. The receptionist was amazing, found us a cancellation then he couldn't make that day and she found us another day. I couldn't believe it. His appointment was today and they were able to get him in tomorrow for a crown. More then all that the staff was amazing, courteous and understanding. He doesn't like the dentist and not a single complaint. So thankful for this amazing group.

You will never be billed correctly. Im talking like a year out. Also having paid at the time of service getting a bill 9 months to a year out is suspicious. We were customers for years, due to the convenience in location. Prepare to be frustrated. If you have questions, Tina claims she's the only one who works there and if you want better service find her someone to work there. It's not just billing. Differing diagnosis per which dentist you see. And inappropriate additional "medical" advice, nothing to do with the dental field and not requested. Also not one dentist has numbed us successfuly before drilling, and yes we have said something.

Just got my dentures this morning. Rebecca did all my work,extractions, fittings, etc..They are the best dentists in Billings. I won't go anywhere else, very kind, compassionate and didn't make feel like I was just another face. My teeth look awesome. I'm still a little sore but I don't care i look great

I went to get two minor cavities filled and left with more pain then I came there with. I don't know if it's pressure on my gums from my bite now being off or if it's nerve damage but it feels more like nerve damage. I scheduled another appointment to fix it and they looked around and said "everything looks fine" and just drilled the teeth down to match the bite better. I've tried to call a few times since and no one ever answered and I've been having the most excruciating pain I've ever felt because of this.

Supposed to accept BlueCross BlueShield... but they have never billed correctly. The receptionist in Roundup screwed up my husband's first appt and then had to be sent to the one in the heights. We've been trying for over a month to get someone one the phone and finally today we did and told they will still not bill the insurance correctly. The receptionist in the heights also refused to make copies of his insurance cards when we initially went in and then told us they were the wrong cards.... hard to be the wrong cards when that's the only dental and medical insurance we have.

Both Docs are awesome! The staff is the best. I have been going here for several years and it would devastating to have to find another facility.

Best experience for my dentures. Not one blister not one complaint at all. Never had to go in for anything with them. Did an outstanding job. I'm fact all the people I know that have gotten new teeth with elite have also had no issues and absolutely look amazing with there new choppers!!!
