My name is Meredith Rosado. I've worked in the dental industry for over 7 years now, and medical for over 10. I have been blessed to be part of the Elite Dental team since 2013. I thrive to help patients, whether it's by explaining treatment plans, or ensuring that services provided are pre authorized for accuracy in giving patients treatment costs accordingly. I work remotely / in office in billing and utilize multiple insurance based online sources to help assist in getting necessary benefit information for treatment plans as deemed necessary. I also bill medical and obtain authorizations for sleep apnea appliances. I am the proud parent of a beautiful 21 year old daughter and handsome 22 year old son! My number one passion is dancing Salsa with my fiance. I love to travel and get to know new places.
Sandy has been a part of Dr. Bahu's team for just about 10 years. With nearly over 35 years of administrative experience and a strong clinical background, Sandy makes a great asset to our practice. She is available to help with all your needs regarding your patient account. During her free time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and traveling to visit her grandchildren.
Sabrina is on our marketing team here at Elite Dental Care, handling our social media accounts and office projects. You may also see Sabrina assisting Dr. Bahu with procedures in the office. When she is not in the office, Sabrina spends time with friends and family. She is currently studying towards her bachelor's degree in human biology in the Lyman Briggs college at Michigan State University with an interest in studying medicine in the future.
I am a student at Michigan State University completing a bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical and Molecular Nutrition, looking to pursue a career in dentistry. I have been a dental assistant as well as a part of the Elite Dental Care marketing team for over two years now, and it has brought me nothing but great joy! In the near future, I plan to further my studies at a graduate level, in hopes of becoming a dentist. Aside from my professional career, I enjoy exercising my creative abilities through graphic design and photography, as well as traveling
After attending Oakland Community College for dental assisting, Melad has been certified in Dental Radiology. She has been a part of Dr. Bahu's team since 2010 as our Lead Clinical Dental Assistant. Melad will ensure that you have a great experience each time you are in our office.
Shams is one of our Dental Assistants, she has been working hard in the dental field for over 4 years! Shams has been working side-by-side with Dr. Bahu & Dr. Payne for over 3 years now. She will always welcome you with her warm personality, and take the extra step to make sure you are comfortable. Shams is currently studying toward her degree in dental hygiene.

My wife and I have been coming to elite dental care to have our teeth cleaned for several years now. We have always been very happy with our visits. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an elite dentist for their family!

Dr. Payne and her staff have done an excellent job for both of my visits so far. Everyone is very friendly and helpful - They even went the extra mile up help me with my insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice!

This place is amazing from the front desk to the doctor! Everyone is soo respectful and caring. This was my two year olds first dentist appointment and they were soo loving towards him! I'm soo happy we found the best dentist . Highly recommended and we will be back everytime

I've been a patient for 3 years since moving to the area and I've been so thrilled with this office and all its staff. they are all so friendly, know everyone by name, and create such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere! I've never felt rushed or overwhelmed, they always make sure to take their time and explain everything to their patients. The office is clean and quiet and just such a great space. I recommend them to anybody in the area!!

This dental team is extraordinarily talented, informed, professional and friendly. You will feel comfortable from the moment you step in the door. Reception area is warm and has everything you need to keep your day positive while you wait. The reception staff is welcoming as if you are family. They're as sweet and knowledgeable as you'd want from those who greet you in person or by phone. The dental support staff are very helpful and know their job as well as being great assistants to the dentists. Dr. Leena Bahu and Dr. Payne have excellent patient chairside manner, and they want you to feel comfortable from the moment you are greeted. Their dental knowledge and experience are both helpful and comforting. If you are reluctant to get dental check ups or work done, know that this office is certainly great at all facets of the business, from top to bottom.

I had an appointment today as a new patient and it was an overall great experience! Dr. Payne was very professional, personal, informative, and polite! It was my first experience having a Dentist clean my teeth and be with me the entire visit. At first, I thought it was just because they were short staffed because of COVID but then she told me that is actually just how they do things at their practice. All of the staff were great, but the time and amount of interaction with the Dentist was something I've never experienced before and it was a great experience. The office is very clean and welcoming as well.
