Only the best people will do. To achieve superiority in every area an individuals responsibility always exceeds a specific job description. These are people who are excited about what they do; are motivated to achieve great results; have high standards of quality and integrity, and are interested in being long-term contributors. They understand that the treatment provided is not always pleasant or comfortable, but have the personality to make our patients feel at ease in spite of that. They see that efficient handling of administrative details frees them to concentrate on patient care. It is possible for them to balance their professional and personal lives in such a way that they have a complete commitment to their job when they are at work.
Our goal is to provide for the patients needs in a caring, sensitive manner generating comfort and satisfaction for our patients and the dental team. We believe that value is best delivered by a excellent staff using the best quality materials in an efficient manner, and, that the ultimate benefit to the patient is to have attractive teeth that will be beautiful, functional and comfortable for a lifetime.
I arise every day looking forward to assisting my patients in achieving their optimal oral health. The Beautiful Smiles we achieve are the result of the patients desire for the Beauty of Nature and our ability to technically assist them toward their goal of Oral Health.
