Sedation dentistryisone of our most notable offerings, providing significant benefits with minimal risks. If you have delayed dental care due to anxiety, oral conscious sedation combined with nitrous oxide can put your mind at ease. All of our doctors have completed post-graduate training from the Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation (DOCS). Since that time, they havetreated more than 5,000 patients using safe, gentle oral sedation.
Our Trenton location opened in 1979, but our newly renovated waiting room and business office have added a modern feel. Located near the high school, it is a freestanding building with plenty of available free parking.
We believe in incorporating advanced technology into our practice. We use 3-D cone beam CT scanners to obtain sharp, detailed images of individual teeth and overall bite alignment. We also offer state-of-the-art E4D CAD/CAM technology to provide same-day dental crowns to qualified patients.

Dr. Mark Harper is a lifelong resident of Trenton. He opened his practice in 1979 after graduating from theUniversity of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Hes involved in many local organizations, and is the chairmanof the Trenton Special School District. In 2003, Dr. Harper completed post-graduate training with theDental Organization of Conscious Sedation(DOCS), an accredited program that certifies dentists in the art of sedation. Since then, he has performed over 5000 procedures in which patients are responsive, yet completely comfortable.
Dr. Harper's passion is helping you overcome a lifetime of dental fear; he understands that you want to be reassuredandneedtobe made comfortable. He hopes to eliminate the barriers that have kept many families from accessing dental care, and hes doing that with one-on-one care. Dr. Harper is known for taking quality time with each person and creating a treatment plan that meets each individual long-term need. He then proceeds at a pace that makes you comfortable. In his free time, Dr. Harper loves being near the water with his wife Mary Lynn and their two children, Lindsay and Peyton.
Dr. Clint Buchananis a life-long resident of Trenton, TN. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin. He graduated from the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry and joined Elite Dental Care in 2005. He is a member of Tennessee Dental Association (TDA) and American Dental Association (ADA).As a general dentist, Dr. Clint enjoys all areas of comprehensive dental care from preventive treatment and simple restorations to root canals, crown and bridge work, implants and cosmetic care. Providing the most advanced dental care in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere are his priorities. He works closely with all patients, children and adults, to create life-long dental care plans that promote daily attention to good oral health in Trenton, Jackson, and Germantown.
Dr. Clint remains abreast of the most advanced dental care procedures while utilizing state-of-the-art technology, supplies and equipment. He has completed multiple courses from Spear Education specializing in cosmetic dentistry. He is a graduate of the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program in Birmingham, Alabama. By placing dental implants, providingcosmetic dentistry,sedationdentistryand general dentistry, Dr. Buchanan creates smiles that last a lifetime.
When Dr. Clint is away from work, he values being a good husband, father and community member. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Cicily Abbott Buchanan and they have two children, Greyand Lily.He is an active member of the First United Methodist Church. He enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Vols, traveling and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Dr. Clint Buchanan enjoyed visiting the dentist when he was a child. He later shadowed Dr. Mark Harper at Elite Dental Care and knew that he wanted to become a dentist himself. He loves being a dentist because he gets to help his patients achieve a better quality of life.
Dr. Mike Farrar is a native of Shreveport, LA. After graduating from C.E. Byrd High School, he completed his undergraduate courses in Biological Sciences at the University of Mississippi and continued to his DDS from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. He is a member of the South District Dental Society of Tennessee, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the American Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Mikes desire is to provide the highest quality dentistry in the most comfortable setting possible. In an effort to do this, he is certified in provide nitrous oxide sedation and oral conscious sedation. He also dedicates much of his time attending numerous continuing education courses to stay up to date on the most recent advancements in the dental field.
Dr. Mike resides in Jackson with his wife, Sarah, and two children, Ellie and Conley. In his spare time, Dr. Mike enjoys being outside, whether it is running, cycling, or just spending time with his family.

I love the staff at this Dental Office! They get you in and out quickly. Mrs. Candy is always so sweet and helpful when I have questions. Mrs. Laura always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and pays extra attention to areas I'm concerned about. I've seen two of the Dentists on staff Dr. Kate and Dr. Harper and they were both very friendly. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office.

Elite dental care is one of the best if not the best dental care facility I've been to. A big thank you to Dr Kate, Pam, Hannah, and the rest of the staff. I had a tooth extraction and it was the most painfree experience I had. They were prompt in getting me in a chair on time and worked up x-rays and a plan to fix my issues. Adjustments were made to their schedules to get as much complete in one day as possible. I am very grateful and highly recommend elite dental care. Thank you.

My friend had a tooth pulled and bone was left exposed. Had to go to another dentist to fix it so beware of this place if you extensive work. Ive had great experience there but it was just a cleaning. The hygentist was wonderful.

I had a large amount of work done yesterday 12/28/2020 in the sum of 5 hours of time. The staff made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure I was relaxed and no or stressed during the surgery. Doctor Kate was very informative and went well above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive. The staff that did the majority of the work after doctor Kate was done was very understanding and made me feel like I was the only person they were worried about at the time. Very caring and great chair side manor. Went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and in no pain. They went over a step by step process including the financials and the final billing would include. Couldn't be more happy with the service and would recommend this practice to anyone.

We were patients in the Trenton office but hesitant to change locations because we just loved the staff and felt like family there. But Cara, Hannah, Dr. Kate and Amanda made the transition easy and are just as amazing as the Trenton staff! Candy, corporate office manager, made sure everything was transferred correctly and got us in quickly. We are so thankful to have a great Elite team close to home! I would definitely recommend any of the local Elite offices for your dental care needs!!!!

So yesterday was the 1st time I have ever had to take 2 little ones to the dentist with me. I was nervous and was praying it would go good. The staff was BEYOND GREAT! The lady cleaning my teeth was so understanding and sweet to me and my littles and another lady in the office came in and held my daughter when she got fussy. This is so knew to me having 2 tiny ones to take everywhere I go. Ive talked myself out of so much lately because its not easy but people like the staff at Elite make this mommy's heart beyond grateful

Wonderful office in a charming old house downtown. Everyone at the office, from the time you first walk in, is incredibly caring and kind. The hygienists are so gentle and make you feel like family. The doctors take their time to explain everything and do such great work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental home!
