A mom, wife, dentist and an OHSU instructor, Dr Bita Zavari, has resided in Oregon for over 20 years. Dr. Zavari grew up in Lake Oswego and graduated from Lakeridge High School. She is dedicated to the newest advancements in General and Cosmetic Dentistry, and is frequently among the first to perfect her skills by attending the most reputable dental continuing education courses available. By using the newest, most advanced techniques and equipment possible, Dr. Zavari remains committed to providing her patients with some of the worlds best dental care.
Dr. Zavari opened her private dental practice in 2001. Since then, she has built a solid reputation of delivering innovative dental care with focus on function and esthetics. She believes that dental health is an indication of the entire human body health. That is why it is important for her to get to know her patients individually and listen to them well. Her treatment approach is individualized, detailed, comprehensive, and customized to fit her patients life styles, habits, and needs. Dr. Zavari has appeared in many local media publications and on TV channels, and has donated her time and dental services to many local residents and organizations.
Dentist in Cedar Hills Dr. Bita Zavari is also an instructor in Restorative Dentistry at OHSUs School of Dentistry where she passionately loves teaching and sharing her skills and knowledge with her future colleagues. She is active member with Oregon Dental Association, involved in their government relation committee. She is also an equipment advisory member for the famous Adec dental company.
When Dr. Zavari is not practicing her passion of dentistry, she spends time with her family, husband, and their son. She and her husband spend most of their free time attending their sons soccer and basketball practices and games. She also enjoys exercise and traveling.
In 1994, Anne graduated from OHSUs dental hygiene program with high honors. She joined Dr. Zavaris team in 2014. In her spare time, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and two dogs. Her favorite place to be is by the ocean, and she loves a good book!
Kim grew up in Pendleton where she started her career in the dental field. She was working for a dental clinic that had its own lab and trained her on the job. Then, the same clinic trained her as a Dental Assistant and front office administrator. In 1986, she moved to Portland to continue her love of the dental lab and went to PCC, receiving her AA in Dental Lab Technology. She not only is a Registered Dental Lab Tech, but is also a CDA and EFDA Dental Assistant with her x-ray certificate. She has been in the dental field for 40 years! Kim enjoys her Australian Shepherds, friends and family, and riding with her husband on their motorcycle.
Avary is new to the Dental field. She enjoys working with patients, getting to know them and helping them understand the importance of oral healthcare. In Avarys spare time she likes being outdoors. Hiking, hanging out with friends and going to the beach is where youll find her.

This was my first visit to Elite Dental and I had a great experience with Dr. Zavari. She was patient and caring. I will definitely recommend this Dental office.

Terrible experience with Kim who sat in the front desk. She is a devil and puts something you don't want or you don't need it like X-ray to make you pay a much higher price. She did it to me today and made me pay an extra almost $100. She is a very mean lady and watch out for her. I feel very bad for this clinic to have such a crazy person. Watch out when you sign in at the front desk and she will make you pay much more you never know. I have never seen a terrible lady in the US.

The Elite Dental Team is amazing! Best dentist experience I've ever had. They ask detailed questions, take time to discuss your answers, and are very descriptive about your treatment plan. They are also very mindful of your insurance coverage and will do their best to let you know how much something costs before scheduling. And Kim, Natalia and Dr. Zavari were all so nice and helpful and made the experience feel very catered to my needs.

Dr. Zavari has been taking care my dental needs for close to 20 years now and does wonderful work! She cares deeply about her dentistry and always makes sure that I am satisfied with the outcome. My wife and son recently transferred their care to her and they are very happy with her and her dental team. I strongly recommend considering her for your future dental needs.

I've been to so many dentists in my life, I've lost count! Finding a good dentist is difficult to find as there are many out there that may be too aggressive in their diagnosis to dental care, up selling services. From the office manager Kim to dental assistant Nathalia to Dr.Zavari - all explain things in a clear way for me to understand and make my own decisions to assess the risk. They genuinely care about what your concerns are. I feel confident that I've found a dental practice I can trust! And they are all so nice!

Very knowledgeable and professional team with State of the art equipment. Dr Zavari is caring and very experienced. She leads you to the best dental health by giving you good treatment options that fits your budget and health goals. She has a very soft and gentle touch during anesthetic and treatment with added bonus with headphone to watch Tv during treatment, blanket, lavender wipes and beverage bar.

I had a fantastic experience at Elite Dental Care. From Dr Z to Ann the hygienist, Lisa and Kim all helped me to have a wonderful first experience. I felt Dr Z really knew what she was talking about, wasn't trying to sell me things like many downtown offices and truly has the knowledge and the experience I have been searching for. I do have to note I find it ridiculous to charge patients a $10 PPE fee, especially given the new mask protocols for those vaccinated. Why am I paying for a box of masks for an office because I received a cleaning...

I have had three appointments total with Dr Zavari and her team. Her whole staff don't seem to know what is going on most of the time. The dental assistants did not know how to work the software they use for xrays and charting, to the point where they almost did work on the wrong side of my mouth (despite me telling them it was the wrong side) because they had charted incorrectly from my previous appointment. And were constantly asking for help and/or stalling my appointments because they didn't know how to chart the xrays correctly in the software. The front desk lady changed my appointment time within two days of my appointment without giving me an option. They gave me a referral to the wrong place, I went and had the consultation and the new place charged my insurance over $300 for the consult, then the front desk lady acted like it had to have been the other place's fault and not hers (even though she sent the email for the referral to them). And my first appointment with them she called me (days after my appointment was made) to verify the time I had scheduled for because she did not actually ever get it in the schedule? Last time I had an appointment I had a couple fillings done, after 5 days of immense pain after my appointment I pulled a piece of a filling out of my gum line! I immediately scheduled an emergency appointment at another dentist where they were shocked that that had happened, and said the chances of this happening from a dentist that was doing a thorough job were extremely slim. Every time I saw them there was a problem with scheduling, the staff not understanding the software, and always extreme pain following my appointments (all just routine fillings, and I have never had pain after fillings prior to this experience). Needless to say, this was my last appointment I will schedule at Elite Dental Care.

I see Dr. Zavari for my regular dental care and also for my SomnoMed sleep apnea appliance. The process with Dr. Zavari was easy and the appliance has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. I recommend Dr. Zavari when it comes to creating a sleep apnea dental appliance.
