Steven Braithwaite, DDSDr. Steven Braithwaite graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2002. He previously attended BYU from 1996 to 1999, majoring in zoology. He has advanced training in dental implants and CEREC same-day crowns, and continues to take CE courses every year to keep up with the latest and greatest in dentistry. He is also a member of the ADA.
In 2003, Dr. Braithwaite began practicing in the American Fork, Utah, area, providing patients with quality dental care at affordable prices. He and his wife, Hillary, have 5 childrenKayla (17), Cameron (15), Ethan (13), Zoey (9), and Jake (4). Dr. Braithwaite is a fan of all BYU sports and spends his free time exercising, reading, going to movies, hanging out with his family, or doing anything related to computers.
Dr. Randy Braithwaite attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, completing his studies in 2005, after he had finished his undergraduate schooling at BYU. He takes annual CE courses to remain current on dental advancements to benefit his patients, and has undergone advanced training in dental implants and CEREC same-day dental crowns. Dr. Braithwaite served as a US Army dentist from 2005 to 2008 before joining Dr. Steven at Elite Dental. His goal as a dentist is to make people smile as he provides quality dentistry at an affordable cost.

JoEllen Forbes Office ManagerJoEllen has been with our practice since our doors first opened in 2003. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in insurance coverage and processing insurance claims. Shortly after finishing high school, JoEllen attended and graduated from a dental assisting program. JoEllen loves working with her second family; she considers this office her home away from home. She enjoys being around people and strives to make our patients feel more like family than a number. JoEllen married her highschool sweetheart and is the proud mother of 4 and lucky grandmother of 2.
Tanje Duvall Insurance CoordinatorTanje started at our practice in 2007, making sure all insurance claims are filed in a timely manner. She loves our beautiful, new office and laidback atmosphere, and considers our doctors to be the best in the business. Tanje is married and has 2 active boys, who keep her busy with sports and activities. Her hobbies include spending time with family, traveling to new places, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and watching a good game of football. She lives for the outdoors, especially when hunting or shooting her bow.
Heather Hammond Treatment CoordinatorHeathers main priority is ensuring patients are on schedule for treatment. She loves the family feel of the officenot just with our team, but with our patients as well. She has been part of our practice since 2013. Heather graduated from Clearfield High School in 2004, and attended dental assisting school shortly thereafter. She has been in the dental field ever since. Heather is married and welcomed her first child in August 2016. She enjoys anything outdoors or related to sports.
Kami Hughes Dental AssistantKami loves the people she works with because they are so friendly, and shows up to work each day to help our team provide quality care for our patients. She has been part of our team since 2010.
Megan Morgan Dental AssistantMegan has been with the practice since 2012 and loves the people she works with! She also enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, riding motorcycles, playing with her dog, and spending time with her family.
Irene Rogers Dental AssistantIrene is a cheerleader for dental careshe believes everyone should take the best care of their teeth, and is here to help make that happen by being involved in all aspects of patient care at our office. Irene began her studies in the field of health sciences in 1985, graduating with her CDA in dental assisting from SLCC. She has truly enjoyed her career in dentistry, and considers herself to be a lifelong learner in promoting dental and overall health. She became our team member in 2017 and loves the people in our office. Irene also enjoys the outdoors, especially gardening, camping, fishing, golfing, boating, and riding four wheelers and motorcycles.
Michaela Johnson Dental HygienistMichaela joined our team in 2014. She loves working with the most kind, fun, and genuine peoplein fact, Elite Dental has provided her with lifelong friends! Michaela also enjoys getting to know our patients and making them feel comfortable. She has been married for 5 years and has 2 children, ages 2 years and 10 weeks. Michaela loves reading, watching movies, and spending time with her kids. While studying dental hygiene, she received the Periodontal Award for Clinical Expertise.
Cami Munden Dental HygienistCami loves the atmosphere at Elite Dental and how we all get along and work well together. She began working at Elite Dental in 2012. Cami earned her degree at SLCC. She is the youngest of 3 children (and the only daughter) and loves to read and watch movies in her spare time.
Marianne Jones Dental HygienistMarianne graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene, and has been part of our team since 2014. She is a gentle but thorough hygienist who cares about her patients. Her favorite part of being in this office is the people she works with, including her older brothers. Marianne is married and has a baby boy. She loves music, traveling, eating out, and spending time with family.
Heather Hafen Dental HygienistHeather loves the fun atmosphere of the officeit makes coming to work even more enjoyable! She has a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene and has been part of our team since August 2016. Heather is married with 2 dogs, Roo and Moose. Her interests include running, biking, hiking, skiing, and just being outside.
Heather Hansen Dental HygienistHeather graduated with her bachelors degree in 2011 and joined Elite Dental in 2017. She takes pride in her work and in giving patients the best possible care. Her favorite parts of her job are getting to know patients and being part of a team that helps people improve their oral health. Heather is the youngest of 4 kids. She enjoys softball, boating, hiking, going to Disneyland, and spending time with her family.
Jentry Holt Dental HygienistJentry graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a bachelors degree in 2016 and has been with our practice since the beginning of 2017. She loves educating her patients about oral health and getting to know them on a personal level. Jentry has been married for five years and enjoys traveling, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

We've been going to Elite Dental for a few years now, and have been impressed every time we go. Today was my 4 year old's first time going to the dentist, and was very nervous. The team made her feel comfortable and excited about everything. I'm a loyal patient, because I know they are a great team committed to doing what's best for me and my family. The whole experience isn't something that's dreaded by myself or my family - we look forward to dentist time.

Elite has been my dentist office for years. Both dentist's are awesome. I also really like the professional attitudes of the front office staff. I often feel the front end people either make or break a medical office. These ladies are great to work with. I also have to give big thanks to the dental assistant or hygienist's I love my teeth cleanings so much. I recommend this office!

I switched to this dental office after years of going to a different one and I'm so happy I did. I had 8 permanent teeth never come in. After years and years of feeling insecure about my smile and having all different kinds of work done, my previous dentist told me that they would not be able to give me dental implants and I would need to go through the hassle of braces again. My dad and I decided to get a second opinion. I made an appointment with Elite Dental and they got me in super quickly and when I walked in, I was immediately happy with my decision. The office staff was so friendly and so on top of everything. The dentist actually listened to my concerns and started the process of my implants that day. Within weeks of going there, I finally became happy with my smile and they gave me everything I wanted. After years of being so loyal to this other dental office, my dad was so impressed that he switched over too and was so happy with the work he had done from them as well. I 100% recommended this dentist. Very friendly people who actually care and want to help.

I visited Elite dental for the first time and was very impressed! All of the staff were very kind and professional. They made sure to address all of my concerns and wanted to make sure they answered all of my questions. I was very happy with my experience and will be returning. I recommend this office to anyone that is unsure of what dental office to go to!

Kaitlin Holman was so professional and friendly. She made my experience enjoyable and it's the 1st time I have actually looked forward to my appointment. I had to schedule 2 appointments back to back for deep cleaning. I rearranged my schedule just so I could have Kaitlin be the one that did my deep cleaning. She did a great job, made sure I was comfortable and consistently asked me if I was doing ok. Please let her know how much I appreciate her and putting her patients first. She truly went beyond and above in her job making me feel comfortable. Thank you!

I just switched to these guys and am SO happy I did!!! I had a crack near an old filling that my old dentist was going to do a whole new filling on, it had no decay. Dr. Braithwaite just buffed our the crack and polished it and didn't even charge me! super happy with this place!!
