Terrible doctor was grate but staff member did not handle a irate situation regarding a women's child spitting on my son in the face I was verbally assaulted and threatened I could not believe why staff did not remove the women from the office I will not ever go back to that office ever again and I will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends the lack of control and protection was outrageous.

Good afternoon, My name is Mrs. Stroman and this was my first time at this office i was actually sent to this office by the Port Richmond office and the staff at this location was very very disrespectful, nasty, rude and they are racist. The girl at the desk named Polara I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly but she didn't say my name correctly neither and when I corrected her she got really sarcastic but her and the other staff was very polite to the Spanish patients and very ghetto to other patients of color the management and doctors were very unprofessional this whole office staff needs to be adjusted and revamp completely and if you don't believe me just send someone there undercover of color. My first time at this Dentist office I thought it was a really nice place, and the staff did a really nice job. The dentist that attended to me she was excellent and help me better understand what was going on w/ my teeth to help me take better care of them. I would recommend.
